I ordered the cheese steak with bacon the specialty you could barley see the steak it was bread sweet peppers may 3 peppers I did not get the special SAUCE 3 3ONIONS IDID NOT WANT TOMATOES BASICALLY I SERVERD roll 1 strip of bacon mayo 3 slices of onions 3 pieces of pickle and that was nine dollars and the big tall Man seemed disappointed I did not give a tip it was compared to 1 half of steakum spread out there is noway the cost was nine dollars I isaw the 2workers laughingl the joke was on me that was frist and last time I get robbed by this company. IhVe never had a steak sub any where I have ever bee and I eat out lot. I fell like I was taken advantage of near play abowl and dollars general and salisbury state college high way robbery. I gave the atmosphere a5 because it 2 workers 1person other than my self so there was no reason for the bread to fall apart because I had more roll than anything I would been more upset if I had got the 14 dollar sub so I went home turned around and ordered from another place the same night what company would allow customers to be treated that way I deserve an opoloigy for being robbed by worker and it should be made correct who wants asub to fall apart that was not cheese steak at all no place ihave been shore have I ever had a cheese steak like the one I received for 9 Dollars and some change absolutely no where maybe it was done because iam elderly wich is even worse to treat seniors that way peiord. This was my first time going to this subway location, but best believe this is my last time there. Yesterday, I ordered for 2 separate foot long sandwiches. The tall white dude with a little bit of hair had the nastiest attitude towards me. After he prepared the first sandwich, he wiped his face and didn't change his gloves. I kindly asked him to please change his gloves, he paused, looked at me and changed his gloves but started giving me attitude even while I was trying to tell him what I wanted to be added to the second order. He literally started throwing the bread anyhow on the counter and even when I asked that he labels the sandwiches because they were for 4 separate people. He literally picked up the sharpie/marker from the FLOOR, wrapped the first half of the 1st sandwich, dropped the marker again on the floor, then proceeded to touch my next sandwich with the same gloves he was wearing when he picked up the marker from the floor. I was infuriated at this point, but I decided not to make a scene regarding his attitude and hygiene manners because there was already a line full of people. I just kept quiet, paid for my orders, and left, and I just tossed those sandwiches in the trash. I literally had to go to another subway on my way to work to get another order. Literally the worst subway in town. If you enjoy a cranky, rude, impatient lady complaining the entire time she makes your food, then this is the place for you. I put in a mobile order tonight for my family of 6 and immediately received a phone call telling me anything over 4 subs is considered a catering order and requires 24-hour notice. Then she continues to tell me she's there all alone and way too busy to make our subs, and we need to give her 45 - 60 minutes to make our order. The amount of time she spent on the phone complaining she could have had our subs made. So we finally get our order, and when we get home and open it up, every single sub was made wrong. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this subway, but I can promise you it will be the last time I do any business here. I will gladly drive farther to any other subway.
