Overall, it's a great place to eat. I appreciate the good prices. The only reason it's not 5 stars like almost everything else in this Hospital, is because of the service. They have ludicrous hours (closing the grill at 6:45, the peak of dinner time???). My wife and I have also noticed multiple times where the grill workers will move at a snails pace from 6:15 until they close it at 6:45. I don't know if that's intentional, but it's frustrating to be in line for 25 minutes and then they just close the grill station. At no other time of day, no matter how busy, does it take 25 minutes at the grill.

I don't know if they close for shift change, but imagine if other food establishments did the same thing. You're in line at Olive Garden at 6:45 and they close up so the new employees can adjust with the start of their shift. I'm sure they have their reasons, but when people step away from a sick child for a quick meal, it's frustrating to waste 25+ minutes for nothing.
