Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

Well, I have been a customer at this location since it's opening. Never had a bad experience, until last night. I ordered a Famous Carl Combo, with an Onion Ring on the side.What I got was a disgrace to this restaurant! My burger had no tomato or onion, and was thrown together so bad, that half the inners were half out of the bun. I recieved no fries with the combo, though they should have been in the bag. My onion rings were so burn and dark brown, that the breading was crumbling off. When a restraint take this little care and consideration, it is time to move on. People work too hard for their money, to be taken advantage of in this manner. It is sad when businesses take their customers for granted. I would suggest other look around for better quality and service. That or just hand them your money and drive off! Welcomte to the "Wall of Shame", your quality is nothing to be proud of! I don't need you apologies, if you held up to your name you would not need to apologize. Apologies mean you did something wrong. Since first posting this, their corporate office has been in contact with me, they pushed it under the rug. What is one customer, right? I stand on the fact that this restaurant cares nothing of quality, customers, or values. There will always be someone who could careless about what they eat or feed their children. Do not cry when the screw you, THEY DONT CARE!!!!! If this is what the Carl's Jr experience is, keep it. I am done with this food chain. I work too hard for a living, to waste it on food of this quality. This shows you how far our society has gone, order, drive away and won't think any farther. These people should be proud of themselves. They have perfected the art of getting people to pay for crap. Hope you all sleep good at night. I ordered my regular burger, and some chicken tenders. I asked at the order menu to swap the regular fries with waffle fries. Seemed good until I got my order and one of the meals had regular fries. I got the attendants attention and she went to get another employee, the one that had taken my order at the drive through. She came out and expressed her concern that she thought I only ordered one waffle fry and I expressed my concern that I had ordered it for both. To which she responded, “I’m telling you that you didn’t order waffle fries for both” I responded and then she put her finger in my face and said “listen”. To which she followed up with, “I was going to swap them out for free, but because you have an attitude now I’m not”. That’s a direct quote. Like a child, she turned around and walked inside. So naturally I went inside to sort things out. The manager wasn’t there, so she called her and they decided it would be best to refund my money. So I put in another order and made sure they got it I put right. What’s the point of leaving a whole bag of food on the table to be thrown out over a silly order of waffle fries. Let me tell you, Carl's Jr. absolutely knocked it out of the park on my recent visit. From the second I walked in, I was impressed. The atmosphere was upbeat and clean, with a friendly buzz that made me feel welcome.

The service was phenomenal. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile and made sure my order was customized exactly how I wanted it. It's the kind of service that makes you feel like a valued customer, not just someone grabbing a quick bite.

But of course, the star of the show was the food! My burger was cooked to juicy perfection, and all the fresh ingredients came together in a symphony of deliciousness. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way I like them.
