I wouldn’t give any stars if possible. Literally this wasTHE WORST SERVICE EVER. We were seated in 5 minutes from walking in, but it took over 20 minutes to get 3 cups of coffee and 2 hot chocolates. We had to wait so long just to get drinks that others who were seated after us had food served. Our waitress came by three times, two times to tell us she will come get our drink orders and the last time she just mumbled something and walked past. We finally went up and had to ask for a different server. Then we had to wait at least 40 minutes after that to get our food. At that point we had 4 cups of coffee. I finally went up to the front and asked for a manager and she said would check on our order. She came back to tell us it was being plated. She gave us the excuse that because we didn’t order something pre-made that it took longer to make from scratch. We had 3 orders of pancakes, a cornbeef hash, and an order of eggs benedicts. Zero apologies from the waitress or the manager. In the time we were there 9 tables had been turned over, 4 tables had been seated after us and had already left. 4 tables had been seated much later and had already been served food. Dee’s totally ruined our Father’s Day breakfast! I hate to leave bad reviews and always give the manager a chance to get involved, but she gave us some weak excuse without so much as an apology or offer to make the situation better. I have been to Dees before and had a good experience, but after the way we were treated we don’t plan to return. Besides, I didn’t know they made pre-made food or used liquid eggs as she mentioned; if I want that I will go to a fast food joint and not pay $12 a plate....
Read moreSo disappointing.. as we walked into the building the first thing we immediately notice is that the building had overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Our waitress MADI was absolutely amazing and timely. We also noticed the excessive amount of flies in the building! When receiving our food we continuously tried to keep the flies off of it. after trying to force ourselves to eat we gave up and decided to ask for management. At which point we find manager Melissa standing right next to the door smoking a cigarette. She's very unpleasantly unkind and quite rude. When trying to speak to her about not having a good experience I was told I should have left before I got my food I was told I did not have to come back and I could go somewhere else. When speaking with this manager by the name of Melissa I was interrupted several times disrespected and shoved off when trying to explain my unpleasant experience in her restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is most definitely not a family environment. Especially with no changing table in the restrooms it cannot be a family restaurant. So incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted I will literally be reporting this restaurant to the BBB, along with the...
Read moreWent with my daughter today to eat bfast, literally hostess seated everyone. But us it took like 15 minutes to be seated and after what seemed like eternity we were seated after flagging her down. It felt like I was at nose dive bar trying to get a bartenders attention to get a beer. She finally gets what I would described burned out waitress who visibly rolled her eyes and was angry we were put in her section. We sat down . What ya want ?said something to tell us about Pepsi products and walked off every move was a waitress in work mode. She said all the right things however the vibe was off . I felt rushed in order and eating. Every check in was you good? The tone was off She aggressively asked if we wanted anything else before handing me the check. I felt like we were bothering her as if we infringing on what I would guess was a shitty shift for her. I won't be back at location. Literally every person working from hostess, cooks, waitresses couldn't wait for us to leave. My daughter wanted desert but I didnt want to spend any more money in that place. We were dressed nice after leaving church was disappointed because it ruined a time with my daughter that I could have saved money at my...
