Distillery 36 — Local services in West Valley City

My son and daughter in-law took my husband and I to Distillery 36 for a tour and tasting. Jensen was the guide of our small group and did a fabulous job. He has a witty sense of humor and was very knowledgeable of his craft. He could answer every question I asked ranging from Stills blowing up to water alkalinity. Passionate founders and it shows in the product. I didn't think I liked rum... Turns out I didn't know rum. I personally am a huge fan of their spiced rum.
