As a regular visitor to the Starbucks at 3016 Issaquah-Pine Lake Rd SE, I can confidently say this location never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient, making each visit a pleasant experience. Whether I'm grabbing my morning coffee or picking up a quick snack, the service is always prompt and courteous.

I said hi the male barista no reaction not even gave me a glance , then I ordered my usual HOT toffee nut latte. He pressed some button on the cashier but still said NOTHING NO NO RESPONDS!! I was standing there in front of the cashier waiting. Fail he came back and use his finger the point the checkout machine. I think oh OK then I take out my phone. Use the Starbucks app to pay.

So from the moment, I say hi to the moment, he pointed the bot machine ; He didn’t even look at me, not even once .. I mean, I didn’t really want him to look at me a lot . But ridiculously when somebody order something to you don’t you think you should look at an at least one time?

If you are too shy to talk to people then maybe this store can just prepare self order machine. So everything is solved. Your customer won’t feel like being looked...

There’s enough employees I counted 5 and it wasn’t a busy day but when I was lining up to order, the barista gave me a tiny smile and didn’t bother to call the cashier to take my order. Once I spotted the cashier, Erica, we had eye contact but she just continued to do her paper cup stacking. After about 2 minutes going back and forth to the storage room to get more cups to stack, she finally told me she will be right with me. Overall experience is sucked. They probably just made me wait because I’m not...
