I really love this Just Poke location - the ingredients are always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the portions are generous. However, I have noticed that they never seem to turn on Uber Eats, which is frustrating since I often have deals or credits to use there. Love your food, but frusterating order pick-up experience.

We placed order for pickup Sunday 7:15pm (8pm posted closing time). We arrived, the store was closed, and a sign promised to refund our purchase. While I appreciate the refund, this wasted a bunch of our time and left us hungry.

"I'm sorry, that is the last of the eel" is a problem. This is a large bowl, by default, and you were only able to provide half the amount of protien. That is really a poor excuse. And should have been mentioned before you made the entire bowl and charged me for a full bowl. Poor service. Food quantity poor....
