Wingstop — Restaurant in San Angelo

Honestly I never had an issue with Wingstop until tonight. We've placed an order for pick-up. We got there after 16 minutes passed and after cashing out, the cashier never said our order was all ready so we just assumed they were still working on it. We went ahead and got our drinks and waited. Other customers started coming in and received their orders before ours and I just thought " oh maybe they've already made their order before I placed mine " which is totally understandable, but it turns out our order was already done... we were literally waiting for almost an hour for our food that was ready, yet none of the staff bothered to let us know it's all ready to go. I don't know if the staff that cashed me out was being petty, discriminating, or plain out forgetful, but all in all that's honestly not okay to have our order sitting there for a good while without handing it to us. Hopefully this is addressed and it's a shame that I had to go out of my way to express this odd experience...

Tried calling multiple times to place an order at 11 pm (an hour before closing) but nobody answered. So we had no choice but to drive up there. Pulled up 20 mins until closing time. The girl working in the front was rude and unprofessional. Already closing the register and counting the money; she did not allow us to place an order. We asked what time they closed and they said 12 (after looking at the clock first) but the girl said that they stopped taking orders at 11:40. Which so happened to be the time that we got there. And she turned off the lights while we were there. It sounded to me that they were just trying to leave at 12 which I understand but if our calls were answered our order would've been placed and ready by closing. Also employees were just standing around vaping behind...

Ordered my food online to find out I had to wait a whole hour for my food. I waited and showed up a few minutes early and got my food which was already ready. Once I got home, I find there is no chance the food was fresh and had to have been made long before I picked it up, probably within the first 20 minutes of me placing the order. I received no updates about my order in the meantime. My food upon receiving it was cold and soggy. Even the buffalo fries had sat long enough to absorb all the sauce and I was stuck with a soggy gross mess. This is my 3d attempt to get some good wings from here and my final. My food is just never good. Fix your wait times online so people don’t wast their money on food they won’t even eat because it’s cold, soggy, and just straight up...
