We usually have a great experience at this Andy’s. We’ve met the owners and we have been coming consistently with the whole family (5 +of us) since they opened. Today we placed an order that included “kid’s” ice creams and we received the “small” size which is larger. I don’t need kids having that much ice cream. When they handed me the ice cream, I noticed they were larger and I asked for confirmation that they were “kids” and they said no, that these were concretes…which to me, is the type of ice cream, not a size, but regardless I’m like ok, but are they “kids sized”? They said no, did you order kids to which I said, yes. 3 were adult sizes and 3 were supposed to be kids sizes. I made sure to say “kids” with every kids ice cream order I made. Then a girl comes from deep inside and she jumps to say that she can’t give me a refund. Something I never asked for. All I wanted was my order rectified and to return the difference. She then preceded to tell me that I didn’t say “kids” (she wasn’t who took my order)…and everyone in my car even attested to me saying “kids” with every kids order I made. But then she decided to tell me that had I ordered this correctly, this would’ve never happened. I have worked in customer service my entire life and never would I ever expect to be treated this way, especially when I was giving kindness and respect. I never asked for a refund. And she just assumed that that’s what I wanted and then confidently blamed me and scolded me as a customer needing to order better. I don’t know how else to be more clear when I want a kids, than to say kids. If we didn’t have an entire group waiting on these ice creams, I would’ve fought to get my refund and at this point I truly don’t want to come back after this experience. We just wanted a fun enjoyable evening with a treat and instead we got disrespected, talked down to, and scolded along with way too much ice cream and a distaste for Andy’s altogether. We are just super disappointed. Never would’ve expected this from our formerly favorite ice...
Read moreI usually go to the location in the RIM, however, I came to this one and I order a large snow monster add 4 scoops of strawberries. At this point she seems confused, closes the window and I’m like confused. She then gives me the total and I tell her I’m not done ordering you closes the window on me. I then continue to order for my kids and I pay. She tells me I can’t give you extra strawberries cause it will be too watery… I then reply the other location don’t give me issues when I order like that. She then gives me a small for my snow monster. I tell her this isn’t a large and the other worker comes in and takes over. I told her clear as day what I wanted but then continues to say we can’t give out extra cause people have heavy hands with it cause that’s what the manager is telling her…. IM CLEARLY ASKING FOR EXTRA SCOOPS CAUSE IM PAYING FOR THEM!!! I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the other location. I won’t be coming back to a place when I’m clearly paying for my extras but then they give me issues cause I want extras.

Read moreI ordered over $30 worth. The staff was nice but I was underwhelmed by the quality of the food received. I chose 2 concrete and 1 jackhammer, all of them in medium size but were already semi melted when I received them .. oh well I could refreeze them for the family later right? When I checked the 3 items, I only received 2 medium sized cups and 1 small.. only the small was decently filled . See yourself in comparison to the "medium" I ordered vs the small they gave me.. all of them were sticky to the touch on the outsides of the cups .. no napkins, no carry tray so I asked for bags. I was not asked/given any receipt either. They only had enough bags for 2 and told me they ran out of bags. I don't think I will be coming back. The food taste overall was just alright, nothing to be raving about.
Edit: I tried emailing the address they asked me to but did not receive...
