Andy's Snack, Shaved Ice & More — Restaurant in San Antonio

This place use to be one of the best treasures here in SA for me. They’re the only one that I know of that had an amazing Pink Leche Raspa. It had been almost 2-3 yrs (due to covid) since I last got one and recently got to finally go after all that time. You should have seen my face of dissatisfaction! It tasted stale, as if they pre made it. It was so horrible I almost cried because this was the only place that I knew that had the same taste as the Leche Raspa I would get in my childhood. My inner child kinda shattered a bit. My tía let me know they got new owners so it’s not the same anymore. Hope the new owners either figure their business out or get me the old owners number so I can get their recipe or vendor for their Pink Leche flavor. Hope the old owners make a new stand or something because I’m desperate for my fix 😢😭

I've never had a problem with this place until today. I just received my cashapp card and activated it today. I used it first at Raising Canes and then here at Andy's. Shortly after leaving Andy's, I see charge for this other company "Kela Hair J"that I've never heard of for the charge of $24.25. I paid Canes online so they couldn't have had all my card info. Andy's took my actual card. I've tried calling Andy's and no answer. This is extremely frustrating because I wouldn't be able to prove it and I'm sure noone there is going to admit but come on, I've only used this card for 2 purchases and then this random charge pops up? I've already contacted the company to dispute it and contacted cashapp as well. I just hope they don't do this to...

I used to love this place when the older folks ran this.... Visited the other day about 2 days ago snow cones weren't topped off ice was pre-made which when you pre-make them ice has a different taste to it. So it no longer tastes fresh,prices have gone up. I don't think I'll be going back. Used to be the quality of the product was right up there with the price but now the quality is gone down and the price has gotten higher.
