I cannot believe they are willing to loose a weekly client for a mistake on their behalf!!! They did not give me 3 ice cream boxes I went to tell them they were missing, but since it was closing time the door was locked, I called the next day the person that attended me acknowledged and told me that when I go to restock to take the receipt and would give me my missing boxes. Well I went back without receipt to restock and the guy there did not want to give me my missing boxes, even though he always attends us and knows we are loyal customers... So now they've lost this client, they can keep that money and I will now be buying from another wholesale ice cream store! Very unprofessional that guy could retrieve the receipt from their POS System.... They're loosing more...
