This is the worse jack in the box I have ever been too. If I could give NO stars I would. I visited this location today Sunday 12/8/24 it looked dead no cars but I approached the drive thru anyway I waited there for about 7 minutes saying hello and nobody responded I was going to drive off but seen there was 2 vehicles waiting at the window so couldn’t go anywhere being that there was a vehicle behind me so I gave it another 3 minutes and again said hello and nothing. I approached the window waited for the 2 vehicles to pass and then sat at the window for another 5 minutes before she finally came to the window I simply said “hello is the box broken” she instantly caught an attitude and tried her best to speak English saying “I busy doing front too and no not broken” so I said “okay I was just asking if it was I haven’t ordered I just need 2 drinks” she then started getting loud saying she was “working the front too and she can take order but she busy and I hear you on headset” so my husband said never mind because she had an attitude and didn’t want are drinks to be spit in so before we drove off she was saying something about “her manager can check the cameras she doing her job don’t take like that don’t see her that how” mind you I could see her the entire time trying to locate the correct receipt for a bag and then took it to the front counter and another worker was at the front not to mention the one vehicle had just showed up while we where waiting for a response in the drive thru. I’m not racist or anything because I’m also Mexican but this location needs to teach there employees to say something on the headset even if it’s give me a second, I’ll be right with you. I would have understood even if nobody was there. This entire thing was very unprofessional and to catch an attitude and get loud over nothing was ridiculous I will never come to this location again!! 10/10 don’t recommend go...
Read moreWow! We have had bad experiences here before, but this one probably takes the cake. Unfortunately my wife loves Jack in the Box and this is the nearest location, so we have to endure. We ordered on the mobile app. Usually our routine is order at home, hit make order now, THEN leave. It's ALWAYS ready by the time we get there. Today, they were telling my wife that it hadn't come through yet and they can't do anything about it. I understand orders in the app really have nothing to do with the store, but the way he was talking to my wife just made it seem like we were trying to pull a fast one on him. The order was already in past orders in my app, the bank account had already deducted, and I had an email from Jacks confirming the order. He told my wife to call our bank to get the charge off, but it doesn't work that way with our bank. Plus, like I said, it was already in our past orders. My wife had the email and screenshots to prove the order went to the correct store. She even nicely asked to speak to a manager and he told her he was the manager. She asked to get a number for a GM or someone higher up and he gave her an attitude saying that that's private. After a few minutes of back and forth, he FINALLY decided to make the order (with an attitude). While he was making it, the order came through to there system. He gave the order to my wife (again, with an attitude). She had asked for some condiments, but he didn't give her what she asked for. Before my wife drove off, he told her to wait longer next time. That is something that was unnecessary. It seemed to be more of an app not submitting the order as quickly as usual issue. Read moreI don’t expect much from a fast food joint, but even that was asking too much. I ordered a number 6 (Ultimate Jack) which has mustard, Mayo, ketchup, and cheese. They had almost no drink options, which isn’t the employees fault, so I chose from the few options they had. The screen when I ordered said the sandwich (no combo) and a totally different drink. They said my total was 10 and some change. So I pull up. The girl takes my payment (which is closer to $15) and lets me know they also don’t have the drink I chose to begin with. At this point I’ve been the only car in the drive through for over 5 minutes. I chose another drink and wait. Another couple of minutes go by and she brings my drink and food. She opens the bag, looks inside and says “ultimate Jack and curly fries?” I say yes and take my food. As I start to drive away she stops me. I backed up and she just stood there staring at me. So I said “is everything ok?” And she says they gave me the wrong fries. So they get me the right ones. No problem. Again, I don’t expect much and I was happy to get extra fries out of the weird exchange. At this point I’ve been there for over 10 minutes. I get back to work and go to eat my food. The curly fries were cold and over cooked. The sandwich was a totally different one. Burnt bun, 2 dry patties, a single tiny pickle, a glob of mustard and some lettuce and tomato. It was actually inedible. I took 2 bites and had to toss the rest. I spent so much of my lunch break on this that I don’t even have time to grab anything else.
