Rosales Jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

So about a week for them to take care of this issue./problem. I brought it to their attention which I have no answer or refund . No manager on duty but spoke to Olivia letting me know I'll get a call back for further info. A week later no response ,hang up when I'm trying to call and getting completely ignored, so here we go

I purchase a pound of Babacoa special through drive thru, Then i went home starting to eat(one taco deep) and bit Into a metal piece from Utensil/ kitchen equipment... Stop eating immediately when straight to the store and bought it to their attention. They took pictures. They let me talk to a manager name.Olivia on phone through a waitress phone , because a manager wasn't on duty.

At this point it's not even about the refund ,A manager hasn't called me back to reassure me that they know what's going on with this kind of stuff, really bothers me because you could hurt someone

This place is very close to my home and i've been going here ever since it opened a couple years back ,really good food and good atmosphere, so for them to completely ignore a customer safety concerns ,I'm sorry I'll take my business...

This place has delicious tacos.But they have some issues to take care of. So, I like to stop by on my way home to buy breakfast tacos. But, whenever I go to this restaurant I’m always with the thought of my order not being as I order it. Today, was one of those days. So I asked for a bacon strip and egg taco along with others and this is the third time they get it wrong. This upsets me because, I find it hard to understand why does this happen constantly. After I told the lady at the drive thru if they got the bacon strip and egg correct…So this time I was upset again and I drove back to the restaurant when I was already home. The lady in charge was kind enough to get me what I ordered. I think the cooks need to be more aware and mindful of their customers order. It’s very annoying to have this happen more than once. Other than that I enjoyed my taco after being annoyed at this...

Found this place while on this side of town. But not the best, the oatmeal was clumping cold even after the young girl placed it in the microwave then placed it down to check her phone, take a bite of something before bringing it to the table. My plate the beans and potatoes were cold, compared to most restaurants more potatoes are given. The eggs being the special if the morning were also cold. Coffee was good and the tea was sweet, through brought to us in a Togo cup prior to asking for one. But for this I noticed there's a 50cent fee for togo cups. Which is fine but, I think ask prior, but an extra 50 per drink is a money maker. The lady with dark short hair our waitress was sweet and kind. The 2 other young ladies not helpful or friendly always on the phone, then serving without washing hands or gloves. Unfortunately we won't be...
