More often than not we have a bad experience here. Today was no exception. We pulled in and saw a long line so we decided that we would call in for curbside as it shouldnāt take that long for three tacos, right? Well, we call in the order. 15 mins goes by and we call again because maybe they are thinking they are waiting for us to call as that is probably normal. Iām not sure how their system is set up honestly. As we call again they take our order again because it wasnāt taken the first time. At this point we are frustrated but not to the point of leaving. Edwin, the manager in training, came out to take our payment without an explanation. There was a truck that pulled up next to us about 10-15 mins after we ordered. We decided to leave when they brought his order so we asked Edwin to refund our money so we could go somewhere else because at this point it has been 25 mins. We ask for Edwinās name he said āI donāt mindā so we asked him what he meant. He said he doesnāt mind to give his name bc he had a few other customer complaints. Which tells me that this is not just a confined incident. When Edwin brings back our refund (which was incorrectly refunded- we were refunded less than what we were charged) Shawn comes out to see if Edwin is okay; we ask him what about us. As people who pay and give money to the company that you work for, and therefore pays your bills, we expect that you care about what happened. Instead he just says, āyes, you wanted a refund. He refunded it for youā. The āapologyā was the most insincere and ingenuine apology Iāve ever heard. It was like talking to a brick wall who wanted to go back inside. The chicken strips are barely hot. I've had to ask to get hotter ones in almost every visit on drive through. Now idk why but when they give me back the strips that I gave them, I kid u not, they are either mildy warmer, no different or even colder. I wonder if they put them in a microwave or in front of a fan. They tell me the new chicken strips are fresh, I guess I need to assume fresh as in cooler.
Also quite a few times the chicken strips have been pink. If you've never cooked chicken let me tell u that chicken can be white and still not cooked all the way. So when it is pink it's definitely not cooked. I've called back a few times and gone back to get a different set.
My complaint today though is this... My daughter had chicken strips from this Bill Miller on Sunday. Today she has a stomach flu. She tells me the chicken she ate was pink in color. I believe her because I've seen it myself on other occasions.
Please cook your chicken strips all the way. Yall used to do a great job. Now if I want them golden I have to ask for extra crispy. Otherwise they'll barely she a shade of beige.
I trust that a restaurant that I'm paying for a cooked meal, will be cooked. And I shouldn't have to check. Especially if it's fried.
This isn't the only Bill Miller restaurant that I go to. It is however the closest one to where I live. & no I don't have this problem...

However, the service that this location provides to its customers is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I was there to get dinner using the drive-through and the cashier (a young lady that hates her job, which I wish I had her name), gave me awful customer service. She was rude, and when she gave me my change back she literally troughs my change back. I had to open my door and get my change from the floor, and the worst part is that she close the window in my face as if she was angry with me. It is not the first time that we have had problems with that same cashier. I donāt know why she has that kind of attitude toward her customer that is waiting more for their meals. I usually donāt make a big deal about this kind of stuff, but when I got home my sister told me that she had a similar experience with that same cashier in that bill millers.
