06/22/24. Around 6:44pm ordered from the drive thru. Wife wanted Bill Miller's #5 @ Culebra/Gen McMullen. I ordered 2 #1 Poor Boy's and for me #7, the employee said to me. That's #6 and after that said oh you want #7?? Yes, 2-Chopped Sandwiches, Fries and 1-Lg. Sweet Tea and I asked which pies do you have? I'm going with 1- whole Pecan Pie. Total was$44.44. Now I'm at the window to pay. That went well. Now I'm getting my order. Got the drinks in a carrier first. That went well. Now the meal and the Pecan Pie. When I was holding the paper bag it felt very light. I set it down on the passenger seat, looked in the bag and only saw 3-single bags, okay no whole Pecan Pie. I asked the cashier about it and said the slice of pie is in there. You ordered a slice.I said to the cashier. I ordered a whole Pecan Pie. The cashier said. Let me see your receipt? I said hold on I had put it away. She got the 2nd receipt that was taped to the bag and said I didn't read it... Okay here comes the Pecan Pie. That went well and OMW home. I gave my wife her order first and a slice of the Pecan Pie. That went well. Now. I'm going to sit and eat my order. I'm getting ready to the chopped sandwich and observed that there was pickles and onions already in the sandwich and very little chopped meat. Okay. I'm hungry and ate the one and done. The Fries were cold. Now the second chopped sandwich. In just looking at it. The first thing that came to mind was that someone has taken a bite out of the top bun. I said no way. I'm taking this back and handed it to the Mgr. I noticed not one employee was smiling or seemed friendly the whole time. Don't know what was up with that not even the Mgr. I gave her the bag with the chopped sandwich and said to her. Check it out and see what you think of it? The Mgr. said that she would make me another one. I responded. No thanks. I'm just dropping it off. The Mgr. said. I'll give you a refund. I responded. No, thank...
Read moreCalled ahead to place an order for curbside pickup, I asked how long and she said about 10 minutes, so I went to go pick it up. I was not informed what I would need to do when I got there to have my order brought out to me so I went in to ask for my order. The female at the register in the dining area was really nice and went to go get my order for me. However, when I was driving back to work I decided to grab a couple fries and they were really cold and hard. So when I got off at work I pulled out the whole order and realized everything was cold. My fried chicken was cold as well and I asked for a side of gravy and that wasn’t in my bag either. I called to let them know I would be taking my order back after I checked my receipt to make sure it showed my order correctly. The female manager told me to take my food back and they would replace it. (Idk what they were going to do with it, hope they didn’t just toss it back in the grease and try to serve it to someone else) Anyway so when I got my order replaced it was hot the second time but the gravy was super watery. lol it was dripping and if I wanted too I could drink it, That’s how watery it was. My family has come to this location for more than 20 years. The service here is just becoming like a lot of other restaurants now, Less portions, costs more, nobody cares, and cold food seems to be normal now. Terrible….. Everyone understands the employee shortage, that doesn’t justify us having to suffer bill millers not holding up to their usual normal standards. I read a lot of other reviews on this location and sounds like I wish I’d read it before I ordered...

On July 09, 2019 a crash happened in the 2700 block of Culebra Road happened overnight while the business was closed so there was no one inside at the time. When officers arrived at the scene around 2:30 a.m. they spoke with another driver who witnessed the crash and told them that the person who caused the damage had run away. That woman said she was driving west on Culebra Road when someone in a black sedan rammed her SUV from behind. The sedan then went out of control, through the Bill Miller parking lot and into the side of the building. The impact sent tables and chairs inside flying, and showered the business with bricks and broken glass. The car also caught fire, but firefighters were able to extinguish the flames before they caused any major damage. The SUV driver was checked out by paramedics at the scene. It’s unclear whether the driver who caused the crash suffered any injuries.Shortly before daylight, a team of Bill Miller staff members showed up and began cleaning up the mess.A manager said the plan was to reopen “today, as soon as possible,” although she was not able to give an exact time of when that would be so they decided to board up the wall until proper renovations...
