Brevity Coffee Co. — Restaurant in San Antonio

I have mixed feelings leaving this review. When it's good it's really good. Something I have noticed with this location in particular is the inconsistency in what we get. My wife and I order the same thing every time and sometimes it is really good and sometimes it is really not. I just ordered two identical drinks and as you can see in the picture significantly lighter than the other. The dark one tastes like it should, and the light one tastes a little bit like a toe. These drinks were ordered at the same time and made by the same person. Love brevity. Serious have been going to the first one from the moment they opened. I was so glad they finally opened this one closer to my house. Unfortunately, I think someone needs to come check in over here. I have been coming here a while and never feel welcomed. They are the worst one I have been to as far as customer service. And I love Brevity so much! That’s what I loved the most about the huebner location. Everyone is always so friendly. Same with Fredericksburg rd. The lady with purple hair was rude and did not know what she was doing. I frequent multiple Brevity locations and this one has gone downhill. I usually get a Salted Blonde but I have no idea what she made me, it was nothing close. This drink tastes like it was made with chocolate milk?? And it took so much longer than normal. I hope the owners and management can address this and train the employees or they will continue to lose business.
