Burger King — Restaurant in San Antonio

It has been a while since I have had Burger King but can say it seems, at least at this location, they have changed. Everything was hot and fresh even though I usually request they not have what is standard for most normal people. Other places get lazy and wipe off or try to hide the fact it isn't made to order, but made then customized afterwards which is not what I order.. like I would order and fresh hamburger with recently wiped on mayo, then to wipe it and the cheese off, rinse under water, and just replace the bread it touched! So, to be clear, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM AT THIS LOCATION and they were still fast and professional, and actually talked to u about your order in stead of looking at u while talking to the headset. I do not mind but please if u multitask, do not ever make a mistake or call the error a miscommunication, cause clearly u were not listening. Again, to be clear, you will not have that problem here. Everything was fresh and not slammed together to make 2 Whoppers look like 1. :) I really like to go out of my way when I feel a business cares about how the customers are treated and viewed. Which is why Most if not all my reviews are less than 10 percent of businesses I deal with. We went through drive through around 8 pm.

We went to try the veggie/vegan/non beef sandwich.

We do eat beef, but wondered what it would be like. Reminiscent of soy patties from the 70s cafeteria? Nope. Kinda like the McDonald's ones that they served to us for a decade or more while they lied about it being beef? Nope again.

To be fair it was better than the cafeteria patties but MCDs tasted better. These were okay. Both sandwiches were made fresh which we truly appreciated. The onion rings and fries we ordered were, just okay also. I really wanted to like it since this Burger King location is so close to my home.

I don't believe we will be back.
