This location is a little bit off the beaten path and at the far end of the shopping center. Parking is plentiful and it has a nice outdoor area for eating. There is no play area for the kids. My son and I visited for dinner on a Saturday around five o'clock. Inside it's set up a bit different than some other Mod pizzas. From the side entrance, you need to walk past several tables in order to get into the line to order. I do not like that setup. I also didn't see a lot of space for a line if it gets crowded. Other than that, the place was clean, actually much cleaner than the location off of 281, and not very crowded. There were plenty of helpful employees and they knew what they were doing. I was even offered some sauce on the top of my pizza after my name was called when I went to go get it. Something I don't recall ever being offered at the 281 location. If you'rea regular like I kind of am, then I recommend downloading the Mod pizza loyalty app, it is easy to use and pretty generous with the reward...
Read moreI have to start by saying that I love Mod. Fast pizza? Yes please. Loads of toppings all for the same price? I’m in. I get to watch my pizza be made? It’s a blast! AND it tastes good? Oof, yes yes yes.
That being said, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I walked in a little bit after 10p (this store closes at 11p on Fridays). As usual, my girlfriend and I walked straight to the counter to order, but the service was a no-show. Literally. We stood there for 10-15 minutes and no one came out to take our order. We saw people multiple employees in the back as well as one cleaning the lobby, but no one stopped to take out order, tell us they would be right with us, or even tell us they weren’t taking anymore orders.
This one-off instance won’t stop me from ordering Mod to deliver in the future, but it will certainly deter me from going in-person and is a significant customer service mistake by the employees who worked the...
Read moreI introduced my brother to this great cafeteria-style pizzeria. The customer has the opportunity to choose from pre-selected house favorites or to build your own by choosing your favorite ingredients from their large selection of fresh, delicious toppings personalizing your pizza to fit your own, specific tastes. My brother thoroughly enjoyed his selection and I enjoyed mine. I chose the "gluten-friendly" crust, which was surprisingly crisp and delicious, topped with assorted fresh veggies and dairy-free "cheese". It went from counter to oven to table in less than 30 minutes! You can accompany your meal with a fresh salad with your choice of salad fixins' and/or a fountain drink, bottled soda, house wine or beer. All the employees were polite and helpful, which only added to an overall positive experience. Go to Mod Pizza for a great casual dining experience and most importantly, to get the kind of pizza YOU WANT, fresh,...
