I was having a really bad morning, went through Chick-Fil-A drive-through, I had a wonderful encounter with a young lady standing outside taking orders. I told her I wanted fries instead of hash browns, she said medium or small? I said I would love to have medium, but that’s a lot. I guess I’ll have a medium anyway…uggg! When she read the order back, she said so a chicken biscuit with a small side salad. I died laughing and told her she made my day so much better, I was having a horrible morning, I told her kind of what was going on that morning. She REALLY made my day!!!! When I got to the gentleman that handed me my order, he said hey heard you were having a bad morning, so we put a chocolate chip cookie in there to make your day better. Not only did the young lady make me feel better by making me laugh, but the young man made me feel better by giving me a chocolate chip cookie. When I got to my destination and opened up the chicken biscuit, I was astonished. The biscuit was shaped into a heart. I thought what the heck, of course I had tears my eyes. Read moreI had a design appointment just after noon and was in San Antonio two hours early. I stopped here and asked if I could take up a seat and go over some paperwork, obviously after ordering something as well. Expressing I may be there 2 hours if that was acceptable. Not only did they oblige me. The owner's father came and sat with me. We discussed everything from the devastating storms that recently wrecked my community, to the hustle and growth of the city. I then found out that this gentleman "Pops" was not only the owner's father, but that his grandson worked there as well. Three generations of men working together under the same roof. Making every single customer feel like family. I would drive a hundred miles to spend another hour or two here. It wasn't fast food. It was a feeling of welcome and being appreciated....and I appreciate that even more. I tip my hat to these...
Read moreOrdered a coffee in the app and i didnt want MILK because I like creamer in my coffee instead which are two different things. Called and the girl said they cannot refund it because I rang it up wrong because i put no milk add creamer and THEY are going to assume its because i cant have milk. But if i rang up milk and creamer i would then have both milk and creamer in my coffee????? So what am I supposed to do with that. It is not my fault you assumed i cannot have milk. Seems a little silly. Just kept saying I rang it in wrong under the assumption i didnt want creamer either. Really upsetting as I and my employees go here all the time.
