Ordered two orders of bean and cheese nachos that cost $4.99 each paid $11.18 first off there were only 6 chips in each container and they were soggy and stale The person at the window was rude and then had the audacity to give the receipt to put a tip …first and last time ever going to this restaurant……(response to comment) the food first of all was for my wife and my child whom was not in the 30,000$ car I was driving. The problem was not that we dont have money but that my wife couldnt eat most of the stuff because shes allergic to tomatoes. Not only did you not greet or thank if you were the one at the window. My wife even reversed the vehicle and got off to pick up the receipt you dropped. I grew up in the restaurant business not only owning but cooking and waitressing so i know not everyday is a good day so I wont say anything more about the customer service portion but the food. You gave us bean and cheese nachos. Bean and cheese nachos are suppose to be made with refried beans not runny beans so that the beans do not make the chips soggy within minutes. This was given in a small 4\4 takeout foam container which only the very bottom had chips which were of course covered with beans and some cheese. Ordering one chalupa would have been better than the 4.99$ nachos for less than half the price. Our size has nothing to do with it. If the nachos had been great tasting we wouldn’t t have cared...

The Mexican lady at the window is extremely rude. First of all do not go paying with debit card or credit card because they don’t even let you know that there is going to be an additional charge for using that kind of payment. They just added it on after they already gave you the cash price. I went there the other morning and ordered tacos for me and my kids. I end up paying with Apple Pay and after the money is taken out of my account she comes back and tells me oh we’re going to have to run it again because it didn’t go through on my end. Mind you the whole time I’m showing her that I got charged for it. She ends up telling me well it got disconnected. I disconnected it so you’re gonna have to run it again or else we’re gonna be short she proceeds to tell me that they’ll just go ahead and refund me the next day and try to get me to pay again for the tacos this is exactly why small businesses don’t thrive because of how “management “wants to be running it . If you’re in the mood for real good Mexican food with excellent customer service and a great atmosphere I definitely recommend TAURINOS they will not let...

I drive by this place daily so today I stopped and ordered three different type tacos I waited a little while I received my tacos when I arrived to work I noticed my tacos were incorrect and the cheapest ones and all the same. I called them just to make them aware. I hear them discussing giving my order to someone else. She was rude and asked me to go back so I can get my order fixed I told her I was a my work already but could stop by the next morning. She said she couldn’t help me the next day it had to be done today. I was just expecting something like an acknowledgment that they messed up the lady said well the other guy who got your order hasn’t called to complain. I was like well if I order a Chevy and get a Lamborghini I wouldn’t call back either. The tacos were expensive and the tortillas were not good would...
