Quik Wok — Restaurant in San Antonio

I always order from this place. Pickup & I usually love it. Food is good & fairly priced but they mess up a lot on the orders. Last night I had no way to pickup so decided to get delivery. I was in no rush so didn’t mind the hr wait. They gave us the wrong soups, no big deal, but they messed up on my order...I ordered Seafood Lo me in cuz I can’t eat meat. They gave me Combo Lo Mein which is chicken, pork which I can’t eat. Called them and rude lady in front said that’s what I ordered then said I had to wait for driver to get back to check. I called back in an hr just to be yelled at by her telling me she probably read back my order and I “agreed to” combo Lo mein. I asked for supervisor and she said there’s no one above her I could speak to. She said she could only give me credit for next time and she’d have food picked up. Do not recommend location,maybe another? Driver and order taker,cook very rude,food worse ever.Am a senior citizen and was actually threatened by driver when I text him on my dissatisfaction. Menu has one price,and I was charged additional $5 on 2 delivery orders wo a receipt nor utensils. $8.95 went to .$11.95 per order.Called establishment to be hung up on.My friend and I ended up throwing the food away. DO NOT EAT HERE Everyone please DO NOT eat here, the employees do NOT wear their face masks properly!!!!! The lady that always takes orders and is the cashier NEVER wears a mask, you could be walking inside the store and go towards the counter and the mask is hanging from her ear, she will then place it INCORRECTLY (under the nose) when you are placing an order, as soon as you are done and pay she takes it OFF.
