I’ve been waiting for another Mexican restaurant to open up at this location. Don’t get me wrong, loved the previous place but I definitely crave Mexican more than anything else. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The interior was very cute. I ordered three Gorditas- a bean and cheese, rajas con queso and picadillo. They were huge and very filled. Idk if my family has been holding out on us but they were almost too filled….Is too much food ever a bad thing though? I was also surprised the bean and cheese was with yellow cheese. Not a bad thing, my own preference is with white cheese (like a queso fresco). Still very good though! I made the mistake of waiting too long to eat them (took it to go) and my gordita fell apart.
