Craft Depot — Local services in San Antonio

I've been to this store multiple times since they have opened and I can tell you that the woman who owns this place has ups and downs one day she can be so nice and the other rude. I asked her questions on pricing and what other items I needed and she was with a slight attitude. I just might need to find another "ribbon" store to order or purchase from. The ribbon is for the most part of good value but some others are very pricey. The store is in a bit of disarray. There needs to be dividers to see the different sizes. At this point I had to muddle through finding the right sizes I needed. I guess I was taking too long because the staff kept asking if could help me. The staff are very well mannered and always help with my questions its not their fault they dont order the items sold in the store.Better lighting could help as well. It is very hot in the store as well with a fan placed at the doorway. And if she doesnt want to be interrupted while she eats then she needs to have a designated lunch room. I truly hope things get better. It can be a nice place with these things...

The very BEST place to get BLING WRAP of every single kind...Sprays of glittery-whirly things in every color. ... I just discovered this store yesterday and I already went back again today. I got so many ideas from the items I saw available there! I had to go back and pick them up. I went during the day and it was so nice... They let you shop... Sometimes, I'm organizing a project in my head... It probably looks like I'm staring into space. They left me alone, let me wander down the same two aisles for 40 minutes. Perfect! I hate when employees interrupt my thoughts to ask "Do you need any help?" I mean, it's nice... and thanks, but... If I need you, I'll ask you. If someone is counting to themselves or deep in thought... Leave 'em alone. I can't wait for Christmas! They had every kind of wired and not wired garland for any kind of Tree and style! Just blown away by this place.

The store was unorganized, boxes were all over the floor creating a potential slip and fall hazard. The clerk was no where to be found. There was a sign on the desk to ring a bell, it took 30 min of waiting until he came to the cash register. When he got to the check out, he looked high and dirty. He was messing with the register for a good 5 min until he remembered how to work it. The clerk had loud rock music playing in the store, instead of a soft Xmas shopping music . The whole store looked and felt ghetto. I will never come to this...
