Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Antonio

Very Unsatisfied! I placed an order at the drive through, paid and was told to park in the front. There were 9 vehicles already waiting. Everyone was waiting 30 to 40 minutes to receive their order. One vehicle got tired of waiting and went through drive threw again. In one of the other vehicles was a woman that had orderd a 2 piece chicken and had been waiting 40 minutes. Heard the complaint she gave when one of the employees finally brought her order. The same employee brought out other orders and some orders were sent back. I assume because the order was incorrect. When she brought my order after 35 minutes of waiting, I informed her that the order was incorrect. I order the Grande meal deal. Which had 8 pieces of dark meat chicken, 8 piece tenders and 3 sides. All 3 sides were suppose to be fries and I also added macaroni and jalapenos. Instead I received an 8 piece dark with biscuits and a large fry. She took my receipt and came back with the chicken corrected but still 1 large fry. I informed her that it was still incorrect. She smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes. She came back with my 3 sides of fries but still no macaroni and jalapenos. Smh. I once again informed her. After about an hour of waiting, my order was...

Too many times my order is incorrect. Last time for me. Each time in the drive thru they ask you to pull forward and park even without anyone on the drive thru. This time they said my chicken sandwich only would be a 6 minute wait.They explained that the drive thru was on a timer. I said isn't that why it's on a timer in order to reflect wait times. I told them I would wait until there was a person behind me. They demanded I pull forward and I told them when someone is behind me I will advance. I was told that if I didn't do as they say I could have a refund and leave. I said no problem, give me a refund. Meanwhile all the staff stood and stared me down at the window. What a joke, like I was going to be intimidated. Lol. Then I received my refund and proceeded to select my music for the road and was told that they will call the police if I didn't leave now. I told them go ahead and call the police, I wasn't on their time. They then said I was going to be trespassed from their location. I had to laugh, as if I was going to ever come back. Church's Texas Chicken, I just had to take a moment to thank you for the delicious experience during my recent visit! After a long day of traveling, nothing hits the spot quite like some crispy fried chicken, and you delivered it perfectly.

Walking in, the aroma of those perfectly seasoned chicken pieces was enough to make anyone’s mouth water. I couldn’t resist diving into your menu, and let me tell you, every bite was packed with flavor! The Southern-influenced sides were the perfect accompaniment, making it a hearty meal that left me more than satisfied.

And let’s not forget the staff! They were super friendly, making the ordering process a breeze. I even took advantage of that awesome $3 off deal on orders over $15...what a steal!
