Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in San Antonio

Do not work at that churches because I was supposed to get hired and do my paperwork today and it was kind of late because one I had issues because I didn't have no water so I can take a shower and get here and that's why I was late and he told me that he's going to let me go the manager whoever his name was going to let me go because I was late just to come and do paperwork and I told him what my issues was because I didn't have hot water to take a shower the water was off in my apartment and I told him and he said I'm sorry I'm going to have to let you go but he stood over me while I was sitting down with an aggressive voice then he walks back into the kitchen and slams the door behind acting real aggressive and angry just because I was late because I didn't have water to take a shower this morning what I was supposed to do come to the job and do my paperwork while I was dirty I'm sorry I had to get my hygiene right before I came and I got fired just because I was late to do paperwork oh trust me I complain and send a report to HR about him because he was disrespectful you don't disrespect nobody like that just because I haven't even started working and he fired me do not go to this churches and do not eat at...

This is my neighborhood Church's and me and my family have been going for decades. The last few times though, it's consistently been disappointing. The service is very friendly but it's so slow. They're always out of something, or the order is just wrong. Last time I went half of my chicken was missing. It was supposed to be an 8 piece but I only received 2 thighs and 2 legs. The Mac and cheese was watery and bland with no cheesy crust. They were out of spicy marinade so spicy was not even an option. I checked to make sure I had everything before I left and it looked right. I guess I should've opened up and counted each piece of chicken so I could discover I was missing half. I was already tired from work and didn't bother going back. We were looking forward to having some lunch leftovers but that was left at restaurant. Also wanted to try new smokehouse half chicken. It was tiny and the small piece of white meat was crunchy like cracklings! Management needs to tighten up. A lot of these mistakes, like being out of items and ingredients, chicken portions, and recipes are out of staff's control. Staff needs to be more attentive to order...

I have asked for some honey yesterday because I love honey with my chicken and then maybe told me that they didn't have any honey so she gave me one pack of honey and the other hot hot sauce. And on top of that they have me drive up because they had to make my chicken sandwich but I'm not ordering a lot it's not much but they still have me drive up to the front and there was a red truck behind me and he had a way better order than I did and they gave him his food first before me he had drinks and everything and I didn't have any drinks it was a black lady that was working there she was very rude and I plan on turning management about her.
