Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

I was given a free pizza through the app because they forgot to give me a piece of my last order, so when I went to make the order for the free pizza I made sure to order exactly what I wanted. They brought the correct food but again forgot a side cup of icing I ordered. I called the store to get the other cup delivered to me (because I paid for it) and they said they would bring it out but never did. I wouldn't really be upset about it but it happened twice in a row from the same location. I really recommend ordering from a different location or a different pizza store. They don't seem to care to enough about the money I spend in thier store. At least not enough to get my order correct.

Edit(11/28/20): Since you can't write another review of the same place I had to add this. They've done the exact same thing to me again!! The driver said we would be back but then never showed back up. Also the toppings on my pizza were wrong. If at all possible just avoid this Domino's and go for a different location or a different pizza chain in general. This is the third time this store has screwed me out of something...

I ordered a big order for my daughter's birthday last week. They ruined my pizza and were very rude. They replaced it still horrible. The lady told me I could redeem my points using the receipt. Got the receipt has no redeem code. Called back a employee told me he added my free pizza to my acct. When trying to order today I don't see my free pizza. Called my usual store They told me it was a store credit and I had to call that store. Called the original store# 6709spoke to your manager Daniel. He is very rude kept cutting me off. Told me they guy quit and he doesn't see anything. Didn't try to help was very rude hung up in my face would not give me customer service or corporate number. I have only ate domino's for years this is the worst service I have ever received. Spent $143 did not get my points; food was horrible and treated like trash. This is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. Daniel leadership shows through his staff. They do not care about the customers or quality. Poor service

You know there's such a phrase that fits the description of overkill You know they like McDonald's just try to put too much cute you know witty you know rename the technology but it's just another way to track is all marketing analytics but they make it sound like you know it's all fun and games and you're in control so I got some free Parmesan garlic bread and I got a free emergency pizza so far I'm not sure what the goal is with that but it was cool nonetheless so they are serious about competing with other people but it's just like they're really loud and they're like you know it's like Cold Stone when you give him a dollar tip and they ring a damn bell it's like no you don't need all that noise food quality is good service is good but the exception of yesterday when I got my free Parmesan cheese whatever those are bites I paid for garlic sauce and I did not get any garlic sauce also take advantage of the coupons when they offer the coupons because they're pretty good and then do the rewards points as well because you rack up points pretty quickly I know I did enough to already have free...
