I ordered my pizza on line. I somehow forgot to add cheese to my pizza. So I called the store back once I received the pizza. I then realized there wasn’t any cheese. I was told from the young man on the phone that I could not use the Dominos pizza insurance because I ordered on line. I never heard of that reason to not allow a customer to use that particular program because I purchased my pizza online. I hung up the phone and did my research and saw that the domino insurance program covers all orders made online , on the phone or in the store. I called back to inform them that the information that they gave me was incorrect. This time when I call back and Stacy picked up the phone. She was able to get the order remade. I was told I had to pay the delivery fee for the pizza to be delivered. I paid the delivery fee once again and waited for the remake of my pizza. The pizza arrived with a disgruntled delivery driver. He was not friendly and seemed very frustrated. I told him good night and he did not respond. I then went into my kitchen and begin to eat the pizza. I ate two slices and I was going back to eat the third slice of pizza. There is only one way that I eat my pizza and that is picking up the pizza and biting it from the front. When I picked up the third slice I realize someone bite the side of my pizza!!!
That is the most degrading, unsanitary, despicable, health violation thing ever!!! I have never experienced such a thing . I went back up to the store with the pizza ... just to be told from management that my order was gone already in the system and that I can only have the 3.64 cent delivery fee returned! Unacceptable!! This is 2020 your system has a way to pull up all orders ! I will be taking this higher ! I will not be ordering from any...
Read moreFriday night, 3022 Thousand Oaks store open until 1:00AM Saturday. At 12:15AM I placed an online pickup order for two loaded tots, confirmed by email at 12:21AM. Arrived at 12:35AM to find the front door locked and customer service indoor lights off, but there were two employees working inside.
I knocked on the door and got no acknowledgement even though one employee was in plain sight. So I rapped on the door with my car key and that got a response. The guy turned toward me from his pizza assembly station and yelled at me not to use my key on the door. I shouted back that I was there to pick up my order. He simply turned back to making his pizza. I waited at the door long enough to watch the second guy pull my two loaded tots order out of the oven, box them, and put them on a shelf. He then walked in my direction and I rapped on the door with my fingers and shouted at him that's my order. I'm absolutely certain he heard me at the front door and my car was in plain sight through the delivery door. He turned around and disappeared back into the kitchen.
I finally departed empty-handed. I'm just glad I selected the pay at the store option.
Both of these employees should be terminated. This store has seen the last of...
Read moreI placed my order over the phone. I decided to do a carry-out since I was near the area. I received a text notify me that I would be notified when my pizza was ready. I figured 15-20 minutes it should be ready. I continue doing my shopping but no text. So I decided to call. I was told find my pizza was just coming out of the oven. House across the street, they only took me a few seconds. When I arrived, my bottom pizza box felt damp. And my pizzas for cold. They told me that it just came out of the oven. Even my hot lava cakes were cold. I was so upset because that was dinner and I had to wake up early that morning. So I didn't have time to cook anything or wait on them to redo it. There must have been at least six people working at night. I can't believe they gave this type of service. I guarantee you never again will I ordered from...
