Update: after two other failed meals i finally reached the manager and placed a rather heafty order to which she personally put together. This time the food was good portions and hot and fresh. Finally a good homestyle meal. 😊 Only thing that could have been better is if it were comp meal or at least military discount which they still do not offer

Very disappointing experience.😡 I ordered the brisket plate. Portions were very small. The brisket was so dry, even a knife could not slice through this meat product.😤 The greens beans had a strange, high school cafeteria, bland tomato base, instead of a country bacon flavor and mushy consistency- completely inedible.🤮 The Mac n cheese was cheesy but cold and amount so small it was a "taste" instead of a "serving".🥺 The complimentary roll, was squished so could not be buttered, basically just a doughy golf ball. Dessert was a pecan pie slice, at first glance appeared to be a decent sized item (finally) but once the container was opened, I wondered what I ordered🧐, the "pecan" pie had No PECANS 😫(okay about 5 scattered, broken pieces to maybe make up one whole pecan if you put them all together), therefore all that was left of this pie was the Karo sryup goop- basically a diabetic nightmare. 😱 Still more...but lastly, (whew!) Brownies, a craving my daughter was having for days, but did Bill Miller franchise care- NO! 😠 The brownies were two TINY small squares, different sizes (one smaller than the other) and different consistency (how??? unless they are mixing stale, old brownies with different batches). Tried to call the business, but no answer - hmmm 🤔 wonder why?!?

I normally go to the Bill Millers on Bitters at 281N since this location offered poor service. I did however visit this location on Sunday 15 Nov and placed an $80 drive thru order. While waiting out front I watch a Bill Millers employee enter the front door with his mask in his hand. He never put the mask on, He walked through the to go area and into the dining room and to the drink dispenser, he continued to roam around the without a mask. This was between 1:40 and 2:10 PM. I was the ONLY customer in the curbside and no one was in line. I had to wait 25 min for 2 lbs of sliced brisket. I am sure they had to defrost it. I finally called and asked them to bring me my order which I could see sitting on the counter. When they brought it out and went back inside, I had to call them again to bring the bread and paper cups I had requested for my gallon of tea. Then I had to call them a THIRD time to bring ketchup for the fries. I will NEVER return to this Bill Miller's. MASKLESS EMPLOYEE IS THE MAIN REASON. No excuses. No apology will regain my loyalty. So don't bother contacting me. When I opened the 2 lbs of sliced brisket it was all FAT. I live 3 blocks away and plan to tell everyone I know. I don't even know where to begin right now. I'm so upset. I can't tell you how many times I've had this happen to me to the point where I stopped going to Bill Miller for a long time. I just left the drive through tonight at 5:18 on Oct 17th. I have my receipt in front of me and I ordered a poor boy plus and a 3 piece chicken and that 1 was all fresh. But mine was not and if that is what you're calling a plus that is just not good enough!!! There was barely any meat at all, if you turn to look at the sandwich from the inside or any side for that matter all you see is bread and not even good bread at that. It was dry and hard! I've been a regular here for years, but I've been a regular here for years, but I have to say the last time I came, it was even worse! The tea is always too sweet and overcooked if you overheat the tea it becomes bitter on the aftertaste. There are some other issues that are going on over there that I would just really rather not talk about here right now. It's just about the food and how upset I am that I paid for a plus and got hardly any...
