My wife and I pulled into the drive through to grab a quick bite. First problem started when the employee kept saying she couldn’t hear me even though i raised my voice three times. I figured that the car wash was to loud, so we decided to go inside to order. Once inside the problems increased, my wife ordered ice green tea and a boston cream donut. I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese. The employee who took our order seemed new and asked two employees to show how to put in a bagel for order. One employee came over upset and showed him a button to enter. Another employee came and asked me 1 or 2. I told them i just wanted a regular everything bagel no mini. The employee that was upset said that was the order is entered. The employee that was upset came back moments later and slammed the bagel on to the counter. When i opened up the bag it was two mini bagels. My wife went back to the counter and told the new employe he wanted a everything bagel with creme cheese, no mini. They then turned to the upset employee who then told us the receipt says two bagels mini but that he would fix it. He came back apologized to say it was his mistake. When i looked into the bag it was 2 more min bagels with everything, i wanted a regular bagel. At that point we left because getting a simple bagel order was too complicated. Upon getting into the car i soon found that the bag was also left with a nice clump of avocado that got on my shorts. This is unacceptable, do not go to this location, the reviews are very clear this...

Where to begin.

From the moment we pulled up, The manager (or who I assume to be the manager) was short with us. Everything we ordered seemed to be out. We finally settled on bagel minis, a kolache, one blueberry donut, two iced coffees, and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant.

When pulling up to the window, I was thrown off as the lady read my order wrong. I corrected and thought all was well until I got my order and my bagel minis were plane and I was missing a donut. I ask her if I can get everything minis as that’s what was ordered and what I received you can see in the photos. Absolutely disgusting. My sister worked at Dunkin and flat out told me that when they are lazy, they will sometimes spray water and throw the seasoning on top to avoid making a new batch. This I don’t mind, but the least you could do is add more seasoning. We drove off and I had the suspicious feeling that something else was off. Sure enough, I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To which, I am somewhat allergic to sausage. Fantastic. On top of that, the only thing correct was the coffees and donut. The food tasted like freezer burn and the kolache was clearly undercooked.

If you are craving good Dunkin, don’t waste your time here like we did. I recommend the one in Leon springs.

Also, she continued to ask us to speak louder even though I was yelling and our receipt also seemed to be incorrect to which by that point I didn’t bother going back. Either they have a listening problem or they just aren’t...

My bride and I stopped in to place a simple order. My bride ordered a croissant (plain) with a frozen iced coffee. At first she asked for a bagel but was told by the manager they were not ready? I ordered the coffee and the sausage egg cheese croissant and a toasted coconut doughnut. We sat and waited until they called out my sausage egg and cheese croissant. When I opened it, the cheese was hanging on for dear life (picture included)! It was tepped, barely warm. There was zero chance of my cheese melting. I could only take one bite.

They then called out our coffee's as we sat my bride realized she had not received her croissant. She took the receipt and proceeded to the counter. Apparently, if you request a plain croissant, it doesn't deserve the attention of the chef! The young lady at the counter went to the meal pepper and asked for the croissant and was denied. She then proceeded to the order taker at the window and asked her to warm the croissant, which she proceeded to do. It was not a pleasant experience. By the way, none of this is due to the young lady that took our...

The person taking the order at drive thru was not really listening to me. I was asking a question several times about the creamer used for my coffee order and he just kept saying “ok how many creamers”. I told him no I’m asking a question about the creamer and he responded yes we have creamer. I then attempted to order a breakfast croissant sandwich and he said sure we have them. When I got to the window 2 people came to the window to ask me about my order. One lady asked how many creamers and I told her and so she took the coffee back to fix it which is fine. The next lady came and told me they didn’t have croissants so what else would i like. I asked for a warmed bagel with cream cheese or if it’s not equal value then that’s fine I’ll still take it. They then handed me a cold stale bagel with a cold cheese, cold egg and barely warmed bacon. This was at 6:40 am on Oct 1st. For a breakfast place this was a very poor experience.
