Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

I go to DB often, and usually, it's alright. But today, I decided to order on the app to try it. I was skeptical because no matter the time of day, the app always says 10-15 minutes. I have arrived with the app saying this before, and there are no customers and the location, so maybe it's a bug that needs to be fixed. I decided to try the order ahead and arrive 5 minutes early, being the last on in line when I pulled in. After handing me my drinks, the employee told me that next time, I couldn't do that because I threw off their orders and made them behind. Usually, the employees' attitudes are hit or miss, being alright most of the time at this location. But today, they were rude from the start. Rolling eyes say I'll make the drinks now, even making comments while making my drinks, thinking I can't hear over the loud music. This made me not want to order through the app again, especially at this O'Conner location. I do want to say that when this location first opened, the employees were wonderful, but with all the new faces coming in and the rudeness continuing to climb, it makes me uncomfortable and not...

I’m usually not one to complain, I come to this location 3 times a week and this time they really messed up my order. All I asked for was a large Christmas morning add pumpkin and soft top oat milk and LIGHT ICE and a golden eagle with soft top light ice….. well at first they gave me a hot drink for my Christmas morning, told them it was iced but LIGHT ICE. They come back with a regular when I asked for a large, after I told her she seemed annoyed filled the large cup with even more with ice and just poured the regular sized drink in my cup. At that point I didn’t wanna argue so I left. I always come here but at this point I don’t wanna stop at this...

Walked up to the window. The person who eventually took our order had been chatting with someone in the drive through for a few minutes. Another person who had been making drinks saw us waiting and didn't let the person talking know there were customers at the window. I had an oatmilk latte, and my husband had an americano. Drinks were good. Music selection needs improvement. The rap music with lots of swearing isn't the best choice for a business. It took 30 minutes from time of order until beverage in hand. This long of a wait is unacceptable. While I prefer Dutch Bros over Starbucks, it's quicker...
