7-Eleven — Local services in San Antonio

Barely been open two months and they’re already locking the door saying “our system is down”. I don’t know if this is employees just being lazy or what… But the only two 711 locations were “the system is down “are both these locations on Zarzamora the one on Buenavista on Zarzamora and the one on Frio city Road and Zarzamora… Only to 7-Eleven I’ve ever seen clothes because “the system was down quote. If their system fails them that much, to where they’re losing hours of business repeatedly on a frequent basis… Why not just change the system? Doesn’t make any sense… This just looks like employees that are behind on work and don’t want to deal with customers so they lock the door and make an excuse that the system is not working. It only happens at these locations with these degenerate workers who clearly don’t want to be there and clearly...

Don’t come here. They almost never give you your correct change. Also this is panhandler central. I don’t mind giving a couple of dollars here and there but I don’t like feeling obligated to donate to someone’s drug addiction every time I go for coffee. I know the difference between someone who needs a fix and someone who is having a hard time. Also if you want a slurpee or a coffee go to a different 7-11. The machines are constantly down and there premium coffee machine worked for about a month and has never been fixed. It sits there tricking people into spending money on a cup of milk with about ten percent coffee in it. If you’re not paying attention you’ll walk out with a cup of milk. When u try to do the right thing, stay loyal to the brand, earn points, look forward to free big gulp, all big gulp beverages out of order, but you’re still thirsty of course so you fill cup up with slurpee, they dont honor your slurpee as a big gulp despite being a loyal customer that should have fall back options should 7/11 fail to adequately fulfill a reward. Happened two days in a row. First day, machine had sign that big gulps were down, today no signs but none worked properly from what I could tell. Every single one looked either predominately or 100% like water. I just been wanting to get the free big gulp I earned by paying higher prices than average so it’s really not free, it’s more like sympathy handouts for being ignorant enough to consistently pay more...
