Fajita Taco Place — Restaurant in San Antonio

8-27-18, 8:55 PM. Been here many times without any major issues. Today was a totally different story. The special today was Flauta Plate W/ Iced Tea for $5.99 Ordered that, a Cheese Enchilada Plate for $4.15 & 1 Iced Tea for $2.58. Plus Texas Sales Tax $1.05 Was charged $18.79 total???????????????? They charged $5.99, $2.58, $2.58, & $6.99 instead of $4.15. BE AWARE PEOPLE! Let them ring you up & have them show you the total before you tender them cash or a card. If it doesn't add up, fix the problem first. They wanted to give me $3 & change back, I said NO! I itemized everything on a piece of paper added it up manually & with my calculator. They owed me the overage of $5.02. Think about it, for many people that work for minimum wage that's about 40 minutes of work they were trying to keep! BE AWARE AT ALL THE JALISCO TAQUERIAS AS WELL, THEY ALL HAVE TRIED THAT TRICK, ESPECIALLY IF YOU PAY WITH A CARD! A note to the people who are supposed to clean the men's restroom: It smelled like days old piss which was in the urinal!...

This place is the worst!!! Please don't spend your money on bad overall customer service. From waitress down to the cashier asking why my dad and brother are stepping out without paying after clearly telling the cashier they're with me and I am paying the bill. Still made a big deal on them stepping out.

I got charge for a candy and when I asked why, she replied, oh it's because the Mexican soda cost more so we had to add an extra charge. Okay, but why not let me know ahead of time about the pricing and why the extra money has been added. I was only informed after asking the question!!!

Always check your receipt and ask about prices in advance before being blind sided by them charging extra with no explanation!!

Sadly due to this experience I won’t shop here again I ordered 6 bacon and egg and 2 potato and egg totalling $20.94 I went to drop off a DoorDash order I eat a taco and notice there’s only 4 in the bag, I immediately call and everyone is saying that it was in there to cook said it was in there, but I go back up there and I showed them the bag. They’re saying that they can’t take it because the bag is open so basically they made a whole big deal that I made missing two tacos making me feel like they’re saying I stole them and then going back to go get free ones when I paid $20 for eight tacos, but only receive six in total the taco was good but if they can’t couch tacos right when they bag them they shouldn’t...
