Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Antonio

I love to eat mexican pizzas. This morning ilI ordered two. They both tasted old, rancid, and sour. No Respect I dont think I'll ever eat mexican pizzas again. My stomach is starting to hurt hope fully I dont end up in hospital. Im driving back right now to return their expired tasting pizzas. Hopefully I get a refund or exchance for the taco supream that I had which where good. Wish me luck. I did come back I was very upset at the person managing the restuarant. I ask him try he refused to do so. So I told him why are you serving this crap to your customers. He did offer to refund me. I just told him to give me tacos instead and the reason I came back was to address the issue so that they would not serve this nasty food again. His explanation was something about it being prepared night before and told me yes he should have not serve me this food. As an ex fast food distric manager my self I gave him a tip. If your going to manage the restuarant have a passion to serve the customer quality food. I still have nasty flavor in my mouth that wont go away....

Only thing positive I have to say about this Taco Bell is the closeness to my work site, which I'm aware is subjective to location. Overall though this Taco Bell ranks amongst my lowest experiences. Every time I've come to the drive-thru I either get some part of my order wrong or they end up being super skimpy & stingy with the amount of content in my burrito, taco, or crunchwrap. I don't understand, the employees themselves aren't paying for the food so why do they feel the need to rush, and give me mostly tortilla every freakin' time. My crunchwrap supreme's always end up being nothing but cheese and lettuce, barely any rice (when asked for) sauce, or meat. Same experience with the beefy 5-layer & chalupas. Hopefully, someone pays attention to these reviews on the management level, and does something about it, but I highly doubt it. I am so disappointed with the service and food quality. We had a bad delivery. They sent us a party pack of tacos instead of our combo meals. We gave them another chance. Big mistake. I understand it took a long time for a driver to pick up our order but when it got to us it was ugly. You can tell the food was sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. I called to ask them if they could make sure our order was fresh. The young man on the phone admitted to being the one who messed up the previous order. He promised that Taco Bell will not just make an order and let it sit for an hour. He lied. The darn food and cheese was caked onto the wrap. My daughter's tacos tore apart when we unwrapped them.
