We got 2 large teas for almost $5 each, and their gallons are less than $4. Canât I just order gallons of what I want and avoid the extra cost? AnywaysâŚ. I had just reloaded my card and went to McDonaldâs, and then we stopped by for our second time. I was short $1.40 , and instead of offering a gallon tea or a 1 size drink to share with my girlfriend, it was just one of those âohhh Iâm sorryâ . As a GM for 8 years, best action in those cases is to always use ROV. Especially in new businesses . ROV is Return of Visit, when establishing a new business it takes 2-4 years to profit, if I was offered a different solution I would have visited again & again & again. I grew up my whole life drinking tea . . . my mother was a teacoholic . . we literally drank it EVERY single day! Circa my first visit to their tasting room and now I am addicted.    Read moreI LOVE HateaO, thatâs n the problem. The problem is todayâs employees (Saturday 10/26), a guy and a girl who came in late. The store open at 8am and they showed up at 8:05. I waited until 8:10 to give them time but still nothing, I was at the door just trying to ask if they really open at 8 but she would look at me and ignore me. I gave up by 8:20, it was still close when the door clearly states 8am. I tried the drive thru also and no acknowledgement. Please have those employees take a training on customer service or change the morning employees to more punctual and polite ones.
