Smoothie King — Restaurant in San Antonio

Absolutely avoid this location! There is a young man there with severe acne who is VERY rude. His name is Christian and he claims he is the manager of this location but apparently this is not true. I go to Smoothie King’s all over San Antonio and I always ask for the same thing - and ask for juice instead of milk due to an allergy. Nowhere else and with no other employee is this an issue except with this particular individual who refused to make the drink and said it was against company policy. I called back to ask for his name to find out he is not in fact the manager and they can do the substitution all they do is charge 99 cents. Instead of saying yes we can do that for 99 cents and getting my drink - this guy is so rude and refuses to make a drink?
