Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

Horrible experience at this location. TOOK MY MONEY AND GOT NO FOOD. Ordered and paid for 2 sandwiches on the app last week and showed up at 6:30 in the evening and the store was closed. The app should not accept peoples orders if they are not open. The hours listed show they should have been open. Called the next day and spoke to the manager, no apology, said he would credit me and hung up the phone. Never got my money back and have been calling for a week. No one answers the phone. The is a clerk from India that is very nasty. She insists on overcharging me each visit. I'm assuming she does this to others whom aren't paying attention. On yesterday I ordered the $6 meal and tax is less than.60 cent. She insists on me paying $7.52. Today once again she rudely tell me to pay $6.25 for the $6.00 meal plus .77 cent tax for the meal. I had such a great experience at this Subway! Manager Luisa was so nice and friendly while taking my order; she had such a positive attitude and really made my day. She even threw in a little extra cheese (which I totally appreciated 😋). It’s rare to find someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and treats customers with kindness, but Luisa definitely does!
