At or around 8:20 PM on August 2, 2025 I came to the Potranco and Dugas location. My total was $5.05. I provided a five dollar bill to the staff and advise I do not have the five cents. The representative at window was clueless on what to do as she asked for assistance from other coworkers. I the spoke to the on duty manager Haven. Which asked me “do you have any more money?“. My reply was “I have money. I just don’t have the five cents and I don’t want to use my debit card“. His rebuttal was “your short“. There was a back-and-forth communication as well as a staring contest to the point it was a clear understanding Haven was not going to assist with a five cent difference. I advised Haven that due to his egotistical mentality this is why he’s not willing to assist. He continued to rebuttal with a reply of “but you’re short what do you want me to do?“. Haven also stated in dismissive manner, “you’re the one being egotistical and not wanting to use your debit card“. I requested contact information to make a formal complaint. Haven started to provide the information as if was to write it down. I questioned “did you expect me to write this down?” I will not do your job. Why don’t you have business cards to issue out?” I then advised “It is common courtesy to appease the customer in a escalated situation.” Haven provided me with a sticky note telephone number for the district manager, Jeff. Phone number was disconnected. I find this to be unacceptable behavior from managerial staff. Read moreEvery time we’ve gone to this location, the drive through always takes sooooo long. We finally went inside to see what was taking them so long and the workers were just chatting away and not doing anything…. Is this seriously how yall work here? This is embarrassing! The whole store obviously has their priorities mixed up. This is NOT how you retain customers and make them want to come back. When we also went inside, we were sampling some drinks and like half of the drinks were watered down with no flavor. Customer service is horrible and then the drinks don’t taste adequate. This is why this store will continue to stay behind from the other locations cause it seems like from the first time we’ve been here months ago, they are still just as bad or even worse which is just appalling because I don’t even know how...
Read moreThis location has the lowest collective intelligence of any institution I've ever seen, and I was in the military. I've gone multiple times and this has been proven each time. Today blew my friggin mind though, I paid cash (20.00) and the change owed was 10.61. I asked for a dollar of that to be in quarters, and it took two of them the put their heads together to figure out how to add up to that, and then they just ended up giving me only 9.61 without the extra quarters.
I cannot stress enough, this location has workers who DO NOT KNOW HOW TO COUNT, working at registers.
I just left without the rest of the change because I didn't feel like being a math tutor for some...
