I went to kfc today at 9:20 p.m. and ordered the number 2 combo and asked if I could get 2 thighs and a drum. When I drove up there was a car parked a little bit passed the window with its hazard lights on when I received my order the girl looked at me kind of weird so I drove around the car checked my order and noticed it was wrong. They didn't give me what I had asked for, I went around through the drive thru and told her through the speaker and I asked her if she wanted me to give her back the food and she replied no because they're not allowed to take food back. She told me that the original recipe would be a 20 minute and to park at the pickup parking spaces. I said okay 2 other cars pulled and there was another car parked where I parked I waited about 30 minutes and they had already closed the cars that were waiting left and I was the only one. So I drove around to the drive thru window and was honking several times until finally the girl came up to the window. I asked her what happened I've been waiting where you told and she made up an excuse saying that she told me to park by the building, and I said no you told me to park at the pick-up parking spot. Another car was parked there as well and they got their order. The cashier then said I can give you some chicken right now and I said that I want my money back. The reason why I just got my money is because she seems to be such a careless lousy worker that she probably would have picked it out of the trash can. So I couldn't trust her she didn't give me a receipt and her and the manager didn't have a name tag they were both whit girls. Next time I'm going to the kfc on marbach rd. If this location ever shuts down, just know it's not because of politics or the economy it's because of careless lousy workers and another thing to remember Church's chicken is across the street. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at the KFC located at 9639 Potranco Rd. On April 4, 2025, at 12:34 p.m., I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich for my daughter. After leaving, I remembered that she wanted extra mayonnaise, so I went back inside to request some mayonnaise packets. The employee, a heavyset woman with glasses, told me they didn’t have any packets. I then asked if she could put some mayonnaise in a small container, but she refused, saying they don’t do that. She repeatedly declined my request and even stated that I would be charged for the extra mayonnaise. I found this frustrating because I had already paid for the sandwich, and a small amount of extra mayonnaise should not be an issue. After insisting, she finally gave me a small container of mayonnaise but condescendingly told me that next time I should request extra mayonnaise when placing my order. I found her attitude unprofessional and rude. Good customer service should be about helping customers, not making them feel like they’re asking for too much. I visited the location tonight 11/11/24 order on the kfc app when arriving to the location I was told to pull up to the drive thru window to pickup my online order, then I was told my order was going to be cancelled because the location was close to closing for the day mind you it was 10:15pm when I arrived and they dont close till 11pm. The lead manager comes to the window and states I will have to cancel my order on the app due to no chicken breast being available. When I argued that the prev employee stated no food was going to be made because of close of business day she stated they were out of food. I also acknowledged that each visit something always goes wrong and a male employee blurted out well you come late all the time so I told him sir im out of work at 10pm Thats why I come late, I will definitely be returning to the location at opening to speak with the store manager.
