Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

Store manager Vonda needs some serious retraining. One nightshift employee did a terrible job of making the sandwiches (skimped on the meat, missing toppings, wrong condiments) but that is not even the biggest issue. Store manager Vonda was an absolute nightmare. Instead of trying to right the wrong of one employee (who I realize she probably failed to train properly since clearly she has not been trained properly)she dismissed the error, hung up on me on a phone call, then when I came into the store with the poorly made sandwiches told me to contact corporate yet gave me no info on how to do so, and walked off before correcting the issue. Corporate failed to correct the issue as well when I submitted an online help ticket. She even became upset when I complimented the staff that was working at the time I brought the sandwiches back on the great job...

I always fear ordering through the App/online, because the two times I did order that way, my order was incorrect. Tonight, once again, I took a chance and ordered through the App/Online since they were offering BOGO Ft. Longs exclusively through that method. Of course... ONCE AGAIN, MY ORDER IS WRONG!

It’s almost risky these days to order your food how you want it through a fast food type chain, it’s as if the kids working don’t care to actually read the ticket completely and from what I’ve noticed, they get pretty annoyed when they have to make any changes to the norm.

If I do return to this Subway... I will unfortunately have to watch them make my sandwich, not because that’s part of the Subway experience(which I loved as a kid), but rather to make sure I get...

Horrible experience! We arrived at 11:50 and our mobile order said ready at 12:15 and even though there was only 1 person there, we had to wait! Then there was only 1 person in front and was doing food for everyone that came in and still don’t start on our order. At 12:19 we asked where our order was as they had not started them?! After asking another lady comes out to serve the other customers and made the First Lady do our order. Then a 3rd person pops out from the back. We didn’t get our food until 12:30 and we have basically nothing but bread! I don’t recommend this location! They only got 1 star because I couldn’t leave it blank. They shouldn’t even get...
