If I could give this review no stars I would Let's start off by us sitting down and waiting for our server She walks up doesn't tell us her name(which we read from her name tag was VANESSA) or anything just puts down the menus and says what can I get y'all to drink in a monotone voice We told her what we wanted and then she brought back the drinks and then left again Was gone about 5mins and came back to take our food order and when my husband said he wanted extra bacon and 1 additional egg with his pancake combo$7.99 (2 pancakes , bacon , a sausage pattie and eggs) she said it's gonna be 4+dollars extra for bacon and $2 for the one egg so he decided to order his entire meal again to cut the cost She then put in the order and remind you we ordered breakfast food and it came out 15mins later-(after watching it sit in the window while she lollygagged around) When the food arrived the pancakes were burned , and the bacon and eggs We sent those back then he bit into the sausage and it was still PINK inside I was so outraged I said I didn't want any food and I was leaving and so did my husband When we left my husband was courteous enough to let her know and she's like ok and hollers back "they said they didn't want the food " it was always "they said " or "she said " with everything So avoid this place by all means they serve undercooked food and have horrible customer service We went around 10:30pm on Thursday 9-14-17 Will...

I used to love this place, especially the salt water taffy. But now that's gone and the service is not up to par. First server was completely unattentive and we had to ask for menues and no one refilled our drinks for the 45 minutes to an hour of us waiting for a simple. The sausage was dry and inedible for my husband who doesn't have many teeth to chew, the pancakes were dry and my potatos were raw the first time they were made and the second time they were just disgusting. As if the oil they were fried in was a month old. And our first server argued south whoever her superior was right in front of us. But I must say our second server's attitude was much more pleasant and attentive. I've worked plenty of service jobs so I understand the stress. But treat people south decency and respect and be attentive because your customers are the vote of the buisness. Without them how would you be imployed. And we weren't rude or unreasonable to deserve such treatment. I just wanted to enjoy dinner with my husband and one year old daughter after an 11 hour...

More than a few tables were messy. Food at the buffet looked old and unappetizing. Only one vat of soup was available, although there were holders for two vats. Likewise, the greens at the salad bar were in sorry shape - the lettuce had a faint brown tint to some pieces, and some leaves of spinach had wilted edges which looked almost rotten.

The strip steak dinner was ordered. Medium rare was requested; medium well was delivered. The steak was hot and juicy. Some bits had gristle in them. The side order of fries was fresh, hot, and salted only so-so. Iced tea for the beverage was of Good quality, but borderline weak. Splenda is available on request.

The server did an excellent job of being attentive, and of checking back frequently. Another worker who may have been a manager, or perhaps another server, stopped at the table while doing another duty; she did a welfare check of her own...
