Sandwhich was horrible. Only reason I went is because I had jimmy john's for the first time the previous week near medical center, which was delicious #2 on the menu, so i decided to try it here near my residence. I ordered it here around 6pm and was in disbelief of how terrible it tasted. only 2 pieces of meat, dime size of mayo on the side with the old brown lettuce and old tomatoes placed in my sandwhich. To top it off, Christopher , the employee whom served us had the nerve to walk up and down the aisles dragging something as he was tidying "UP", making a loud "CHALK BOARD" type of noise for a over a minute. I had to say STOP IT, it was hurting my ears. How rude, How unprofessional, How disgusting this place is. I don't care if you dislike your job, you had a job to do, and do it right! I open the sandwich and find there isn’t any avocado so I call and get a very argumentative woman who rudely explains that it’s in between the cheese. I go to double check and find the avocado, literally a teaspoon spread across the entire sandwich. For a sandwich with avocado as the second ingredient and acting as a substitute for meat I would have expected more but apparently I was mistaken. Read moreI ordered online and when I came to the store, they don't have my order. I showed my confirmation to the manager and he said he was sorry but he doesn't have the order. He confirmed the address location was fine on my confirmation, but the order wasn't on the system. I asked him how I can reclaim my order, any phone number I can call. He answered not. I paid for something and received a No for answer. I will never come back again.
Follow up I changed the rating from 1 to 4 star because after my feedback I received a call from the owner where she apologized and explain to me there was an error and the employee is still in-training.
