I dined in this afternoon with my son an over 30 dollas of food. On my way out, I was going to get a refill on my fountain drink. There was no ice. I asked a skinny young man that was wandering behind the counter doing nothing, I asked for some ice, he just pointed at mother employee ( (girl) and said ask her. Then the skinny boy went over, served himself food and sat down to rat. He couldn't get me I e first? The girl came up to the counter and I asked for ice. At that moment ANOTHER customer came up, and she said Abruptly , WAIT, I AM GOING TO Wait ON THAT OTHER Customer FIRST. Now u tell me, how long does it take to get a cup of ice from behind the counter, as opposed to me having to wait for her to complete another customer order when I had asked first? I turned around and threw both of our cups in trash and walked out. I was going to call PANDA CORP.but there was no number on door. I went back in asked for the manager and politely complained. And he said u only wanted ice? YES, AFTER I DINED THERE AND WAS GOING TO GET A REFILL Only ICE for a refill, I guess is not high priority after I have paid and eaten there. All he said was. IM SORRY. didn't even offer me ice. I told him he needs to give his entire store customer service training. It's not polite to ignore or make little of a from ANYONE. Read moreI placed an order online which was a huge mistake. I called the manager asking for an ETA on my delivery order, when he said he could not provide. Nobody is picking up the phone and I've called 24 times in the last hour. I spoke to another manager at another store who said she would text and call the manager and give her my number. Nobody ever called. When I called that store back on rittiman road, I get disconnected every single time. I tried calling a third store. Nobody's picking up the phone because I get disconnected by an automated message that says nobody is here to pick up the phone goodbye. Then the phone line hangs up. There's no information on the website about how to track the order. I got charged $10.18 for nothing! I don't have time to place an order with someone else because I don't have any more money. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Never ever ever order from Panda Express for delivery. They will charge your account and not answer the phone and if you try to call different stores they won't answer the phone either. Read moreIt has been awhile since I have seen such a total disregard of customer service as I have consistently with this location of Panda Express. Dinner time on Saturday night in the drive-thru, be prepared to wait upwards of 15-20 minutes for food-- they ask you to pull the front of the store and then basically forget you are there. The last two times, I have walked into the restaurant after waiting in the car 10+ minutes and encountered the same manager. The first time, she gives me a patronizing look and says "we have your food..." turns on her heel holding my order, walks to the drive-thru, puts my order on the counter, talks to a customer in the drive-thru for two minutes, turns and picks up my order and brings it over the me. Never says sorry for the wait... she knew exactly what she was doing... and she was going to win! Bless her heart. A second trip had virtually the same experience. I ended up going inside the restaurant to have the same manager tell me "... we were bringing it to you ??!" No apology, nothing. Just attitude.
