Place is ridiculous. If they aren't out of ingredients for half of their menu then they're closed during listed business hours for unexplained reasons. I've tried to go twice during the past month and both times the location was closed with no signage giving a reason. They were sure to post their shortage on ingredients though. I’m big into mangos, so anytime I can a mango smoothie, that’s my go-to, especially when tapioca is involved. I came in here a while back and was recommended a Mango Snow which was amazing. Their boba has an excellent flavor - they’re doing it right as far as I can tell and adding a little honey to the molasses (which is the secret, if you make boba at home… that and making a small paste before you kneed in the rest of your tapioca powder, but who am I). I purchased a Wintermelon Green tea on 2/20/2021 order number 50113290 I did not like the taste of the drink and was not satisfied. I wanted to switch it out for a Honey Milk Green Tea. The manager of the store on 2314 SE Military Drive Suite 109 San Antonio, TX, 78223 denied the request. There are no exchanges on drinks.
