Dairy Queen — Restaurant in San Antonio

My husband is disabled we are military retired, she wouldn't take his id without my husband present but we tried that through the drive through at first, until she began yelling and snappy rushing us, we decided to come in, I left my disabled husband in the car....worst mistake was me and my young kids walking inside, to complete chaos. There was a young lady that was somewhat hesitant to intervene but she thankfully did and handled the situation, her name is "Nett". Deborah during the whole time was told by her own employee to settle down and back off from speaking to me with such unprofessionalism. I'm glad this young lady netty was there. Deborah can be seen laughing and taunting me during the altercation she started, her and a young lady with long synthetic -fake eyelashes, started laughing & yelling at me, like it was a movie off of mean girls, it was very disturbing. Odd thing the owner never popped out until so many minutes later, I pretty much had to tell him how to do his job, he is shown in the camera shaking his head and taking somewhat of my advice. I told him the military discount wasnt never needed I still wanted to order before it led to all of this, but Deborah couldn't refrain from being ugly and disrespectfully responsive to the situation.The customer service was ran like a prison, the inside was ran like an highschool gym, employees were that were off the clock we're talking and rough howsing back and forth from the front dining lobby to the back house cooking area, no washing hands while doing so, the tables in the store should of been wiped down and floor mopped with all the sitting duck...

This location has gone down hill, I will NOT be going back. I was there 03/24/2025. First off, the lady at the counter was not very welcoming. She seemed like she was having a bad day or didn't want to be there. We ordered our meals, which were 4 meals, and ordered a small blizzard on our ticket the lady at the counter put make for later. Our meals came out at a good time. I needed an extra grave, so I went back up to the counter to get the small blizzard that i ordered and ordered a gravy and ordered the free cone that came with the kids' meal. 20 minutes in i am thinking it's just gravy and a cone, Why is it taking so long and a blizzard. so I walked back up and asked about my order the gravy was just sitting on the counter no telling for how long she hands me the gravy and says oh yes they are making the blizzard now, funny thing is before I asked about the cone and blizzard she walked to the back and asked them to make it. Its now an HOUR in and blizzard are being handed out so I walk back up to ask where is the blizzard and ice cream cone someone else talks to me I tell them you guys just skipped over number 66 she tells the first lady what I needed and the first lady tells her I only know about the cone then turns to me and says where is your receipt. I am already an HOUR into being there and the first lady said she would bring out the ice cream cone and blizzard when i asked about my order the first time she brought out our meals so i didn't think to save the dang receipt. I was soooo LIVID i left. My kids didn't get their blizzard or...

So today I went through the drive-through. There were 12 cars in front of me. I finally got my turn at the board and waited another 6 minutes to order. The young lady finally asked me what I wanted to order so I told her and she did not hear me she asked me to repeat myself twice and I spoke up and somebody else came on and said for me to chill out. I was not yelling I just spoke louder. So I asked what the problem was why they were telling me to chill out? The lady told me it was the girl's 1st day. So I said OK and I repeated my order and they still couldn't hear me so the manager got up mad and told me to leave that she was not going to accept my order or my money. I told her that I could not pull out or pull ahead because there was vehicles in front of me. So I kindly waited until the very last car that was in front of me was going to pull off. I had intended to leave but they told me to chill out so I did. Then somebody asked me what I was waiting for and I told them that I was waiting for the last car to move up they told me to keep moving up that there was plenty of room and I told them that you told me to chill out so I did that is when I was threatened with the cops. Everytime I go there the employees all have really bad attitudes. It's sad to say I just wanted to enjoy an ice cream cone but was turned away because they could...
