Las Quesabrosaz — Restaurant in San Antonio

What a disappointment. I went to this establishment on the evening of 4/18/22, I arrived at the drive thru well before 8pm because I’m aware they close at 9, I had been trying to make it there for several weeks since their food really is good. There were a few cars ahead of me and a few behind me, the wait was starting to become really long and soon a car in front and 2 cars behind me drove off, in retrospect they probably knew what I had yet to find out! My husband was starving by this point and wanted to leave but I knew it’d be worth the wait once we had our food. Unfortunately by the time the truck ahead of me left and I was at the window the woman waves me off signaling they’re closed, I ask to speak to her and tell her we’d been waiting for over an hour, she apologizes and says there’s nothing she can do they close at nine. I told her it was extremely unprofessional for them to conduct business this way, I couldn’t call in an order cause they’re mailbox is full or not set up I don’t recall, I couldn’t place my order at the intercom cause they do not use it, they only use it to tell you to come to window & place order, it would’ve been nice for someone to come out and state that a particular car would be the last order but nooo you’re gonna let me wait in your drive thru for over an hour for nothing! This was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING for me, I had been a Quesabrozas fan since day one, telling friends and family about it, I’m so upset with this one experience, not sure if I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Que decepción Llegue al drive thru de este local es Lunes pasado antes de las 8 porque se que cierran a las 9, habían varios carros en frente luego detrás de mi pero si se esta moviendo bien despaciosa la línea, mi esposo no se queria quedar porque traía mucha hambre pero pensé que valdría la pena la espera cuando tuviéramos nuestra comida ya que me gusta mucho. Al fin llegamos a la ventanilla ya despues de las 9 pero como llevavamos mas de una hora entera esperando pense que nos atenderían pero no fue asi, me dijo la empleada que no nos podia atender porque cierran a las 9, le expliqué que llevavamos desde antes de las 8 en el drive thru pero me hizo saber mas o menos “ni modo”. No se si regresaré a este lugar, me gusta la comida pero esta experiencia me ha hecho dudar mucho, el servicio al cliente es importante y este dia no les importó. Only place that has gotten me to pay $$ for a quesadillas. Their fresh hand-made tortillas, and we'll seasoned vegetables and meat options, is what's gotten me to come back. If you're a fan of spicy hot🌶 salsa, you will enjoy their salsa options. Quesadillas are NOT your standard texmex quesadillas. No mozzarella or cheddar cheese here. I've eaten and done takeout. Definitely recommend dining in for the simple fact that hand-made tortillas are best when freshly cooked. Warming up for later is just as good thou. The place is a little warmer than most would like. Went here and ordered a dope and quesadilla one day and paid with a card. Went back a couple days later and waited in drive through for a long time and no one came so I got out my car to go inside. Waited so long while they finished up two orders ahead of me, after they were done I waited some more and finally the same man that seen me in the drive through waiting and the same man that watched me stand in line tell me they don’t take cards and they only take cash. Didn’t even ask if I had cash even though I didn’t but how weird since I paid with my card already the other day but...
