The lady who took my order on the phone was more interested in saying love after everything then she was assisting. When I get there to pick up, there's nobody in line and I stand there for a minute of course. When the young dude and chic walk up to the register finally, They don't even acknowledge me. They don't say I'll be with you in one second or how can I help you yet. She's messing with the register and he's standing there with her talking/laughing, which I guess you have to stand there with someone when they have the register open because I guess I could reach over and try to do something like take their money??? So, finally, the guy decides to acknowledge me and ask how he can help me. I said I called in my order. He goes & comes back with the pizza and blurts out the cost and I'm like that's the $7.99 plus 2 sauces right? So then he looks for the sauces, then I give him the money. Maybe he thought i wa rude but he could havr gotten my order "ready" before he askes for my money. When he gives me back my change, he doesn't give me a receipt or even say thank you or having nice day, so I'm not even sure he's done with me but I just walk off as I see now there's 2 or 3 people behind me. All he did was peel a label off my pizza box before I walked away. I get home and there's nothing special about this.Thin crust hot and ready pepperoni pizza. Even Though it was freshly made for me, It was pretty tasteless. The only thing I really liked was the butter garlic sauce and marinara sauce I purchased extra. I'm sorry for giving Little Caesars.A chance to try their thin crust, hot and ready, pepperoni. And I'll go back to sticking with pizza hut thin crust. And by reading the reviews, it doesn't look like I'm the only one that had a problem with this place recently. I did appreciate that.My order was ready for once by the time I got there and I didn't have to wait a long time, but jeez people are just not friendly these days & it seems there's no good customer service either cuz I guess no one wants to work, so they get away with whatever cuz people need employees? Train your young employees! I'm surprised they knew how to count change. A lot of young ppl these days don't know how to. But I guess that's the school...
Read moreFor some reason, this location charges for the red pepper flakes and parmesian. Every other location doesn't, so I'm not sure why they do. I can't order it on the app since it's not supposed to be charged for, so I have to make a second transaction whenever I buy pizza there if I want red pepper flakes or parmesian. I'd rather pay for better pizza from Big Lous than be ripped off for items that are supposed to be free. I have since stopped asking for extras and just buy large containers from the store.
Update: This location has a serious issue with getting orders out on time. Earlier today (4/5/2024) I placed an online order at 3:05 PM set to be picked up at 4:15-4:30 PM, and ordered 2 orders of Italian Cheese Bread, 2 orders of Cheese Crazy Puffs, and a 2L Diet Pepsi. Very simple order. Mainly just cheese and bread. My wife got off work and went over to this location to pick up the order at 4:35 PM. They told her it wasn't ready yet and it would be another hour. Had her come home (20 minute drive away) and I went to pick up the food since she was worn out from work. I get there and the guy behind the counter told me it would be another 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, he finally called my name. Order was received at 6:05 PM. 3 hours after the order was placed, and 2 hours after the scheduled pick-up. Normally I would just assume they are short staffed or have a few new people on the line that are slow. I can be patient. But I had a very simple order that should not have had to take 3 hours to be completed. On top of that, to add insult to injury, AI was watching people walk up and order some of the items I ordered and they would have to wait for 5 minutes. Others walked in for their online orders and picked them up on time and left. All while I had to wait for 2 hours past my scheduled pick up time. I'm never returning to this location. We've never once had a positive experience with them. I'd rather drive twice as far if it means half the wait time. Someone in management needs to seriously evaluate what's going on there and get the...
Read moreYesterday I went by to get 2 hot and ready pizzas and I waited 20-25 minutes and I just wanted to go in & out. There were no pizzas available in the 'warmer' (where they store the pizzas for customers after baking them). There were 3 people ahead of me and they even seemed frustrated with the wait. And 2 people came by after me got their pizzas before me. About 10 minutes after arriving, three employees came in (for their shift I assume) and I just hear them in the back talking and joking and not even trying to get started with working. I also noticed, from the chatter, that they had plenty of staff on hand so I didn't understand why it was taking them so long. There was also a long line in the drive through but they still should've had pizza ready. It also irked me that while I was sitting down, with some of the back room in my view, one of the employees had very long hair down her back in a low ponytail but while she was talking with an employee, I noticed the tip of the hair was so close to touching one of the pizzas on the table. It made me cringe every time I saw her standing close to the table. I would seriously think if someone was working in the food industry, they should know that they need to keep their hair up or in a net to prevent contaminating their food product for the health and safety of their customers. This, plus the long wait, is the reason why me and my family (my mother was waiting in the car and she was even surprised by all this) will never come back to this location ever again. Let this, and the other negative reviews, be a lesson to y'all to help improve your location before you lose even...
