Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:00 didn't leave until 11:40 although my app said it was ready come pick it up. Kids in the back playing loud music dancing and having fun while the atmosphere seems like a great place for employees it's dreadful to waiting customers. On top of that, you make a person wait an additional 40 minutes not even an apology or an attempt to give me marinara or ranch to supplement the time wasted on the visit which is fine I don't expect anything free but I will leave my review until I can see some major improvements I do not appreciate time wasted. But I will say the food did come out nice and hot which is what was expected.

Went to this location again and had the exact same experience. Along with this time a room full of customers griping about how long it was taking. Im starting to tell people if you order from this location dont go to pick it up on time it wont be ready might as well wait an addition 20 minutes before leaving your house.

I wanted to try the new pepperoni stuffed crust but wanted to add bacon and sausage to it they told me they couldn't do that because it was specialty item I dont understand that if they have the ingredients. So I asked for the pepperoni stuffed crust because I still wanted to try it I had called it in and they told me 15 minutes so I get there 15 minutes later and my order is not ready the whole shop seemed lost. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes until I got my food. I drove home sat down started eating the pizza and guess what no pepperoni inside the stuffed crust I tore the crust open looking for the pepperoni but nope they had given me a regular stuff crust instead and if I was gonna do that I probably could have gotten the extra toppings I asked for. So I had to wait longer than I should have and I didn't get what I wanted. It's one thing not to be able to get what you want but it's an entirely different situation when the screw your order up...

If only I could give a 0 star rating. I just left this horrible establishment on 6/21/25 at 3:43 p.m. I ordered a pretzel pizza, crazy puffs, and a crazy sauce. The young lady at the window parked me. I was parked for 15 mins just to walk in and have nothing available. While two other window customers were served and the two customers inside. I go in the see what’s the hold up because the employees just sitting chatting near the front counter. As I approach to inquire of my order the young lady in the front had the audacity to tell me the crazy puffs take about 12 minutes to cook. Keep in mind I’ve waited 15 minutes already. No crazy puffs in the oven and no pretzel pizza either. A young man goes to the freezer to removed them at that point just refund my money. All this is transpiring while two other employees singing and dancing. This place is a joke and the customer service is pathetic. Trust and believe I will be following up...
