T-PIOCA (Walzem Road) — Restaurant in San Antonio

Owner's wife publicly humiliated me just because I asked if I can switch my drink. It tasted funny, but I didn't even get to express that before she rudely interrupted my question to get hostile and told me "you get what you get" in front of my nine year old daughter. I will never go back.

Response to owner: your response is proof enough of the hostility and rudeness. Whatever picture you're making up, those who know me know I'm an introvert and barely stood up for myself. I'm only doing so now because I didn't defend myself in the store. You took my money, the tip you didn't earn, and I still had an awful experience. Rather than apologize for the experience you choose to lie and further exacerbate the experience. I will never ever go back and your response further solidifies why it was empty when I went in there. It's not the fact that I couldn't exchange my drink, which I would've understood if that's what you would've told me. Guys make sure if you go here that it's when the owners wife isn't there. This lady is extremely RUDE, my wife asked her a simple question about the drink she ordered and this lady started getting hostile for no good reason she even made her translater uncomfortable with the way she was acting and when another customer suggested a solution she just rolled her eyes at the both of them. I will never recommend this place to anyone as long as she's there. The woman needs customer service training before she gets rude again with the wrong person 😑. (Now guys if you have been following my reviews you already know I don't like to leave a bad review but this place is now trying to claim that my wife the woman that organized family readiness group for our soldiers, cares for the elderly, and even sheltered complete homeless strangers was rude to them first which is beyond ridiculous so I urge the owner to please post a video clip in full audio from your security camera the encounter so your customers and my viewers can see and hear what really happened and the drink was not poured over but knocked over after the fact, if you're going to tell stories at least make...

I’ve been to a lot of boba tea places hoping that they would taste like this one and they don’t. I can say this has the best one EVER!!!! Small buisness. Family owned. The owner and his wife are so sweet. I get the mango smoothie with boba and it taste like it’s made with love lol. Same taste and consistency each time I come here. ALWAYS AMAZING! Lots of options to choose from and while you’re waiting, they have an inside seating area with various board games to choose from. Even when they’re busy they still work efficiently to get every order out and prepared in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area and...
