Best Virgin Island Food in San Antonio!
As someone not from the area, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I sent my partner out to grab us some food from this incredible food truck. But y’all, let me tell you—this place blew us away!
First off, the owners are the friendliest folks you’ll meet. My partner had the pleasure of chatting with the owner’s wife, and she made him feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place where you not only enjoy great food but feel like you’re eating with family. She was patient while he figured out what to order, and even had him laughing the whole time. That Southern hospitality mixed with island charm is something special.
Now, about the food—this is hands down the best Virgin Island food my partner’s ever had, and he doesn’t say that lightly. The flavors were authentic and absolutely delicious. You can taste the love and care that goes into every dish. If you’re craving something new but still want that soul-satisfying comfort, this food truck is the place to go.
We’ll definitely be coming back every time we’re in San Antonio. If you’re looking for real deal Virgin Island flavors with that Southern touch of kindness, this is the spot. You...

Mac & Cheese: 7.5 on a scale of 1-10. Now me I have had a lot of Caribbean Mac&Cheese and it was spot on. It was good and would definitely want more.
Sweet Plantains; 9 on a scale of 1-10. Now this is something that can be a hit or a miss no in between. They HIT IT OUT THE PARK.
Passion Fruit Juice; 9 on a scale of 1-10 What stole the show was the passion fruit juice. They said it was homemade and it taste homemade. It taste exactly like it. The juice doesn’t taste like Syrup that most places use. It was a CRAZY experience with trying a...

I LOVE to support local businesses and was blown away by both the food and the service. The curry chicken was hands down the best I've ever had – perfectly seasoned, falling off the bone and was incredibly tender and juicy. Each bite was packed with flavor that transported me straight to the Caribbean. I got multiple orders.
The customer service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. They took the time to explain the menu and made me feel right at home.
