Very disappointed, never purchasing from this location again. If I could give it zero stars I would. This was our first time ordering from Little Ceasers, typically we prefer Pizza Hut, however, we decided to give them a try. My son is lactose intolerant, which is why we use the app to specifically customize his pizza and order it with no cheese, just sauce and pepperonis. My wife and I made sure we selected the āno cheeseā option, but when I picked up the pizzas I noticed his had cheese. I went back inside and explained my situation to the manager and requested to please have it remade. A simple fix...you would think. She said the order was submitted the way they made it, to which I insisted that it was incorrect and maybe an error occurred. This has happened before with Pizza Hut, who claimed the app is a separate function that they have no control at the local store level and sometimes it doesnāt relay the information correctly. Iām assuming this is what happened in this situation as well. The manager informed me sheād remake it, but Iād have to pay for it. I should not have to pay for a company error, much less be treated like an incompetent customer. I tried several times to politely state my case, but my pleads fell on deaf ears. It was a very disappointing experience, they preferred to save a couple of bucks rather than retain a potential repeating customer. On 08/26/2022 we placed an online order directly from their website. We order 4 items and received 3 so we called them to see if it was possible for them to send the missing item (that was paid for). The person attending our call, passed the phone directly to the manager who denied to send us the item but also, after asking for the refund of the product that was charged and we did not received, she refused and stated that we needed to contact doordash. ( I donāt understand why if I placed the order to them and donāt have any information from the driver).
It could be easy to refund us the money we paid for the product we DID NOT received, but she decided to keep the money.
